Portalum® A 25 is produced from refractory agglomerated super calcined (RASC) bauxite. The main constituent is the mineral corundum. The standardized quality of Portalum® A 25 is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. Portafill® A10 is produced from carefully selected synthetic aluminum hydroxide (ATH). The standardized quality of Portafill® A is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Portafill® A micronized functional fillers are used in thermosetting powder coatings as an alternative to barium sulfate, when the high density is a limitation. In addition, Portafill® A fillers are less prone to the phenomenon known as "water spotting" in comparison to barium sulfate. It has very good chemical inertness (for outdoor and chemical applications).

Syntran® 1940 is based on a proprietary "green" crosslinking technology. This technology combines the traditional water-based styrene acrylate copolymer with a proprietary self-crosslinking system that will add extended life to green floor polishes. This technology also allows for high abrasion resistance, low maintenance, and high speed burnishing floor finishes that are still removable with standard stripping solutions.

Syntran® 2002 is based on a unique styrenated acrylic technology. This technology creates a film with very high gloss, excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, and fast dry times. This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This milky dispersion is used in leather and textile coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 120 E is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. Combined with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and stove-drying two-component coatings with high abrasion resistance and high resistance to weathering and chemicals for vehicles and industrial paints, It has applications in industrial coatings, metal coatings, and automotive OEM coatings.

SYNTHALAT A-JB 772 is a water-soluble, polyisocyanate-curable acrylic resin. It is recommended for waterborne 1 component and 2 component clear- and top-coats with good chemical resistance and excellent ovendrying properties. It has applications in metal coatings, industrial coatings, and automotive OEM coatings.

LIOCRYL AS 640 is an aqueous hydroxyfunctional acrylic emulsion, solvent- and plasticiser-free. It is suitable for the formulation of fast-drying aqueous 2-pack top coats with high gloss and good chemical resistance. The emulsion requires the addition of coalescents for proper film formation. The emulsion film can have a slightly structured surface. It has applications in metal coatings, automotive OEM coatings, wood flooring, wood coatings, and furnishings.

SYNTHOESTER 1080 is a highly branched, saturated polyester containing hydroxyl groups. If combined with aliphatic or aromatic polyisocyanates, it creates air- and oven-drying two-component lacquers that produce tough and highly chemically resistant films. It has applications in craft and hobby, metal coatings, industrial coatings, stationary art and office supplies, and other consumer applications.

SYNTHOESTER 215 HS is a hydroxyl group containing, high solid polyester resin. It is recommended to use it in combination with melamine resins and CAB for base coat enamels. It is also used with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and oven-drying 2-pack high-solid laquers and fillers with high mechanical properties, high gloss and body, and very good chemical and weather resistance. It has applications in primers and lacquers, marine transportation, wood flooring, industrial maintenance, marine coatings, and automotive OEM coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 078 is a polyisocyanate-curing acrylic resin. Used in 2-pack coatings, which are air- and oven-drying in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates, for industrial coatings offering good mechanical properties plus resistance to chemical attack and weathering. It has applications in industrial maintenance, marine coatings, marine transportation, automotive OEM coatings, metal coatings, and industrial coatings.

LIOCRYL XAM 5134 is an aqueous, self-crosslinking pure acrylic emulsion that is solvent- and plasticiser-free. It is particularly suitable for the formulation of aqueous 1-pack parquet and furniture varnishes. Coatings based on LIOCRYL XAM 5134 show good grain enhancement on wood and high chemical blocking resistance. It has applications in architectural coatings, stationary, art, office supplies, craft and hobby and other consumer goods applications. 

SYNTHALAT A 151 is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. Used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and stove-drying two-component coatings with high mechanical resistance and high resistance to chemicals and weathering. It has applications in automotive OEM coatings, industrial maintenance, marine coatings, metal coatings, industrial coatings, and marine transportation.

SYNTHALAT WA 146 is a water-dilutable hydroxyacrylic resin. Used in combination with (cyclo-) aliphatic polyisocyanates and melamine resins for air- and oven-drying topcoats for plastic, wood, and metal substrates with very high hardness, high gloss, good adhesion, high mechanical properties, water-, weather-, and chemical resistance. It has applications in automotive OEM coatings, industrial coatings, and metal coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 190 is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. Used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air drying and stoving metal coatings. These types of 2-C coatings are required wherever we need maximum resistance to chemicals; abrasion and weathering are required. It has applications in industrial coatings and metal coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 078 HV acrylic resin that cures with polyisocyanate. When combined with aliphatic polyisocyanates in 2-pack coatings that dry by air and oven, this results in industrial coatings with strong mechanical qualities as well as resistance to weathering and chemical assault. It can be used for industrial maintenance, automotive OEM coatings, marine transportation, marine coatings, industrial coatings, and metal coatings.

SYNTHOESTER W 142 is a waterborne, cyclo-aliphatic polyester resin containing hydroxyl groups. It is recommended to use 1 and 2 pack waterborne coatings crosslinkable with hydrophobic melamine resins for oven-drying topcoats above 110°C on metal and glass substrates and with polyisocyanates for air- and forced-drying top coats on metal, glass, wood, and plastic substrates with very good adhesion, high mechanical values, weathering, and chemical resistance. It has applications in metal coatings, industrial coatings, and automotive OEM coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 125 HS is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate with a high solids content. When combined with (cyclo-) aliphatic polyisocyanates, air- and forced-drying 2-pack coatings have high abrasion-, chemical-, and weather resistance for general industrial coatings. It has applications in industrial coatings.

SYNTHOLUX 1014 W is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion that is physically drying and UV-curable. It does not contain emulsifiers or co-solvents. It is recommended to use it as a coating for wooden substrates that show high elasticity and good chemical resistance. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHALAT A-TH 1141 is a hydroxyl group containing, high-solid polyester containing acrylic resin. Used in combination with polyisocyanates for air- and ovendrying 2-pack high-solid clear- and pigmented top coats for metals and plastics with high mechanical properties, quick physically drying, high gloss and body, excellent weather- and chemical resistance. < 420 VOC at spray viscosity. It has applications in industrial coatings and in automotive OEM coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 065 is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. Primarily used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and stove-drying coatings for metals, woods, and plastics. These types of 2 components are preferably used in fields where high coating qualities are required but where stoving is impossible due to the size or heat-sensitivity of the object to be coated. Its applications lie in numerous fields, like furniture, marine transportation, wood flooring, industrial maintenance, and marine coatings.

SYNTHOLUX BW 2223 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with good mattability and excellent chemical resistance. It is suitable for waterborne wood application and has very good matting behavior. This product can be used for clear and pigmented coatings. It has applications in furniture coatings, industrial coatings, wood flooring, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHALAT A-TS 3737 is a hydroxyfunctional acrylic resin. It is recommended to use it in combination with (cyclo-) aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and forced-drying 2-pack coatings with high abrasion-, chemical-, and weather-resistance for general industrial coatings. It has applications in marine coatings, metal coatings, industrial maintenance, marine transpostation, and industrial coatings.

SYNTHOESTER 186 HS is a hydroxyl group containing, high-solid polyester resin. It is recommended to use it in combination with melamine resins and CAB for base-coat enamels. It can also be used with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and oven-drying 2-pack high-solid laquers and fillers with high mechanical properties, high gloss and body, and very good chemical and weather resistance. It has applications in marine transportation, marine coatings, automotive OEM coatings, metal coatings, wood coatings, and finishes.

SYNTHALAT A 150 is a polyisocyanate-curing acrylic resin. It is a 2-pack coating used where we require high-grade coating qualities. It is also used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for industrial coatings. It has applications mainly in metal coatings, industrial maintenance, marine coatings, and also in off-road and recreational vehicle areas. 

SYNTHALAT A 086 HS is a hydroxyfunctional acrylic resin. Combined with (cyclo-) aliphatic polyisocyanates to produce air- and forced-drying two-pack coatings for common industrial coatings that have strong abrasion, chemical, and weather resistance. Additional characteristics include fast drying and excellent adherence to various metals and subrates. Around 470 g/l of VOC as a top coat at 21 seconds. It has applications in marine transportation, industrial coatings, industrial maintenance, metal coatings, and marine coatings.

DCL 1146 Naphthol Red, PR.146 is a blue-shaded, semi-transparent naphthol red with good overall fastness properties. This pigment is a possible alternative to pigment red 57:1 types where an improvement in fastness properties is needed. It is mainly used in various types of coatings, inks, and papers.

DCL A3RN Indanthrone Blue, PB.60 is a red shade of highly saturated blue that combines very good tinctorial properties with excellent fastness properties. It is a highly transparent blue suitable for opaque and effect shades and is used in high-end coatings and ink applications.

DCL YE998 Molybdate Orange, PR.104 is a pre-darkened blue-shaded molybdate orange pigment with stir-in properties used in coating and plastic applications. It has overall good resistance properties and is restricted to industrial and professional inks, coatings, plastics, and roadmarking applications (subject to regional legislation).

DCL 8820 Syn Yellow Iron Oxide, PY.42 consists of lanox iron oxide which has excellent chemical and weather resistance along with excellent opacity. This pigment is recommended for use in the construction industry for coloration of concrete. It can also be used on PVC plastics and decorative coatings.

DCL 7151 Benzimidazolone Yellow, PY.151 is a Pigment Yellow 151 based on benzimidazolone chemistry and is a direct match to H4G. It offers superior resistance properties, such as excellent weather fastness and chemical resistance, making it ideal for demanding coating applications where a green shade of yellow is required.

DCL 7754 Benzimidazolone Yellow, PY.154 is a high-performance green-shade yellow pigment that is slightly redder than PY. 151. It is slightly greener than DCC Yellow 7154, extending the color gamut achievable and providing excellent weatherability and resistance to chemicals and solvents. This makes it suitable for architectural, automotive, industrial, powder, and agricultural coatings due to its durability.
