Deolink® Vinyl TE-100

1 of 30 products in this brand
DOG Chemie Deolink Vinyl-100 (Tris[2-methoxyethoxy]vinylsilane) and Deolink Vinyl TE-100 (Triethoxyvinylsilane) are used to improve the physical properties of peroxide cured compounds and to establish a chemical link between rubber and light active filler. By the use of Deolink Vinyl-100 and Deolink Vinyl TE-100, the wet electrical properties can be optimized, which is of relevance for the cable industry. Deolink Vinyl TE-100, as opposed to Deolink Vinyl-100, does not develop toxic methoxyethanol during processing.

Application

Deolink Vinyl TE-100 works as a bonding agent to improve the mechanical properties of composites containing inorganic fillers or glass-fiber-reinforcements and to act as an adhesion promoter to different substrates.

Furthermore Deolink Vinyl TE-100 is suitable for the preparation of moisture-curing polymers e.g. PE with suitable co-additives e.g. cable-industry.

Deolink Vinyl TE-100 can also use as a co-monomer for polymer-dispersions

Technical Details & Test Data

Behavior and Effects

Deolink Vinyl TE-100 reacts with unsaturated polyesters, polyurethanes and acrylic resins. The tri-ethoxy-silyl-group condenses with the hydroxyl-groups / other reactive groups of various substrates and links them to the polymer
