Acrylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate (ASA) polymers are amorphous and have mechanical properties similar to those of ABS plastics. However, the ASA properties are far less affected by outdoor weathering. The outstanding weather resistance abilities of ASA is due to the acrylic ester elastomer. ASA parts have good chemical and heat resistance, and high impact strength, even at low temperatures. Typical ASA applications are buiding/construction, automotive and recreation parts.

ABS KEVLAR has been designed for 3D printing by a precise formulation of aramid fibers into ABS materials. The aramid fibers assuring dimensional stability ,preventing the printed object to warp and even make the printed object lighter than regular ABS.

TPC-91A Filament is a thermoplastic copolyester elastomer with both thermoplastic and elastomeric properties. TPC Filament is easier to print compared to other flexible filaments like TPU. The layer bonding in the Z direction of this material is extremely good meaning that it's almost impossible to detach the printed layers. Typical applications for this material are drive belts, vibration dampers, phone cases, wearables and other objects that need to take a lot of wear.

Luvocom® 3F PAHT 9825 NT Filament is a unreinforced High-temperature polyamide. Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach the saturation point compared to unmodified PA6, also its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials. This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. The filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to the enhanced printability, improved layer bonding and the unrequired use of a heated chamber.

Facilan™ HT is a material with a heat deflection temperature of 89 °C and comparatively high tensile strength. The raw material has food contact approval and is not based on Bisphenol-A. Elogio AM ABS Filament is a thermoplastic and a copolymer that is used for rigid objects. It consists of 5-30% Butadiene, around 50% Styrene and the rest is Acrylonitrile. ABS is a strong material with high toughness and impact resistance. The maximum operating temperature is between 85 °C and 100 °C, depending on the modifications. The minimum operating temperature is -35 °C. ABS is a flammable polymer to which flame retardant can be added. It is also subject to aging by being exposed to the weather conditions (UV light, oxygen, moisture, heat) because Polybutadiene stimulates the oxidation of Polystyrene. This causes discolouration and the plastic loses its mechanical strength. In order to improve this UV stabilizers can be added.
