Mortartec Silicate™ DS is an industrial-grade repair mortar designed for dry shotcrete only applications to repair deteriorated concrete, where an early cure, high-density overlay is required. The material is a blend of Portland cement, graded silica sand, fibers and silica fume- incorporating corrosion and rust inhibitors. The mortar is spray applied, typically from ½” to 4” in depth (overhead and vertically) with incredible adhesion. Uses include repairing concrete walls, ceilings, brick, etc. Mortartec Silicate DS provides an extremely dense matrix and will accept coatings at earlier ages than typical Portland cement repair products.

CPP™ Sprayliner™ is two-component moisture insensitive, highly adhesive, chemical resistant, 100% solids, high strength and reinforced epoxy. Equal to “standard” CPP once cured, this version is packaged more conveniently for spray applicators seeking to utilize plural-component heated spray application. The material can be sprayed ultra-high build, between 1/16” - 1/4” (62.5 - 250 miles) per pass. Blended with reinforcing agents and various fibers, the Epoxytec CPP™ Sprayliner™ when cured creates reinforcement lining as a fiber-reinforced-polymer (FRP), with high strength and flexural properties for partially or fully deteriorated structures.

Mortartec Cermaico™ is a next-generation, epoxy-modified mortar. A highly advanced, formulated epoxy blend incorporating cutting-edge waterborne epoxide technology with proprietary engineered curing; combined with a specific balance of Portland cement, hardened ceramics, graded silica aggregate, synthetic fibers and silica fume to produce one of the most coveted mortars in the industrial market today. This results in a smooth mortar application with one of the hardest mortar surfaces in the industry once cured. The Mortartec Ceramico is industrial-grade and exhibits excellent performance properties unlike any mortar technology before it, with incredible adhesive properties, enhanced barrier sealing capabilities assisting with minimizing out-gassing and moisture vapor transmission (MVT).

Uroflex™ is a unique, two-component, 100% solid urethane-modified-epoxy (UME) and cycloaliphatic cured coating and lining system. Uroflex is a high-build, self-leveling coating system incorporating a high degree of flexural modulus. Adheres impressively well to concrete and steel. Uroflex is applicator friendly and easy to apply; conveniently produced in a one-to-one mix ratio by volume. Uroflex is “green” formulated, environmentally friendly, 100% solid (no VOCs, no solvent).

Uroflex™ 61 is a two component, 100% solid urethane‐modified‐epoxy (UME) hybrid coating and/or lining system specifically designed for utilization in potable, drinking water environments. Uroflex™ 61 is certified by UL to NSF/ANSI Standard 61. Uroflex™ 61 is a high‐build, self‐leveling coating system incorporating a high degree of flexural modulus. Adheres impressively well to concrete, steel, and wood. Uroflex™ 61 is applicator friendly and easy to apply; conveniently produced in a one‐to‐one mix ratio by volume. Uroflex™ 61 is “green” formulated, environmentally friendly, 100% solid (no VOCs, no solvent)‐ certified UL to NSF/ANSI Standard 61.

CPP™ is a two-component moisture insensitive, 100% solids, high strength and reinforced structural-grade epoxy. CPP is truly versatile and can be used as an adhesive, patching filler, and as a high-build, stand-alone protective liner. The material can be applied as thin as a skim-coat and up to 1/2" per pass (vertical/overhead). Blended with reinforcing agents and various fibers, the Epoxytec CPP when cured acts as a fiber-reinforced- polymer (FRP) with high strength mechanical properties. Contains no solvents (no VOCs). CPP bonds to concrete, steel, wood, brick, some plastics and most construction materials.

A1 Primecoat™ is a surface tolerant, two-component, multi-purpose primer (barrier coat). Formulated for high film build and long-term protection from salt/fresh water, as well as a wide variety of chemical exposures. Exceptional corrosion protection with advanced rust inhibitors. Excellent adhesion to tight rust. Fine adhesion to damp surfaces. Ideal for maintenance painting and fabrication shop applications. The high solids content ensures adequate protection of sharp edges, corners, and welds.
