TEGO® Antifoam 2263 XP is an emulsion antifoam featuring organo-modified siloxanes. ZEOFREE® 5162 is a finely milled, hydrophilic silica. It is primarily used as a free-flow agent in other applications. ZEOFREE® 5162 can also be used in-situ hydrophobized in defoamers. The use of an alkaline catalyst is recommended.

ULTRASIL® VN 3 has a specific N2 surface area of approximately 180m²/g and is utilized in nearly all areas of the rubber industry. It is available in both powdered and granulated forms. ULTRASIL® VN 3 offers a high reinforcing potential in combination with a high level of transparency in the finished rubber product, such as in shoe soles. Furthermore, ULTRASIL® VN 3 is widely used in different bonding systems.

AEROSIL® R 106 is a hydrophobic fumed silica after treated with D4 (Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane).

AEROXIDE® TiO₂ P 25 isa fine-particulate, pure titanium dioxide (TiO₂) with high specific surface area and marked aggregate and agglomerate structure. Because of its high purity, high specific surface area, and unique combination of anatase and rutile crystal structure, the product is suitable for many catalytic and photocatalytic applications. Its structure also makes it suitable for use as an effective UV filter.

Evonik Polymer VS 500 consists of vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxanes available in different viscosity levels and molecular weights, with an impressively low content of volatile constituents. These polymers serve as fundamental components in silicone formulations that cure through a platinum-catalyzed addition reaction with silicone crosslinkers containing SiH groups. VISIOMER® HEMA-P 100 is a monofunctional methacrylate with a phosphate group in the side chain. It enables superior adhesion to polar surfaces such as metals, glass, ceramics, and concrete. In direct-to-metal coatings, it enhances corrosion resistance and improves film strength. This versatile compound finds applications in various industries, including adhesives and sealants, composites, construction, as well as plastics and rubber.

ULTRASIL® 7000 GR is a highly reinforcing silica that has been specifically developed for use in low-rolling-resistance passenger car tire tread compounds, commonly referred to as "Green Tires". This silica has a specific BET surface area of approximately 175 m²/g, and it exhibits excellent incorporation and dispersion behavior. When used in tire tread compounds, it imparts high abrasion resistance, excellent rolling resistance, and improved wet traction.

AEROSIL® R 972 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recomended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

SIPERNAT® 50 S is a hydrophilic, finely milled silica. Besides its application as flow aid and highly effective anticaking agent it also may serve as carrier of especially high absorptive capacity in case particle fineness is required.

AEROSIL® 200 HV is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 974 is hydrophobic fumed silica grades treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recommended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

ULTRASIL® 880 is a precipitated silica that contains a calcium admixture and has a very low specific N2 surface area of approximately 35m²/g. When added to rubber mixtures, it provides excellent residual deformation and extrusion characteristics. ULTRASIL® 880 also enables the creation of profiles with minimal swelling and a very smooth surface. Even EPDM mixtures with extremely high filling grades (up to 200 parts per hundred of rubber) can still be processed with ease. In white mixtures, ULTRASIL® 880 can be used in partial substitution for titanium dioxide. The impact of sulfur adsorption is negligible.

This silica is particularly well-suited for use in combination with bifunctional organosilanes, which help to optimize wet and winter properties. Additionally, high static moduli are observed with and without additional organosilanes. This is why ULTRASIL® VN 2 is also widely used in other mechanical rubber goods. It is available in both powder and granulated silica forms.

VISIOMER® PEG 200 DMA (polyethylene glycol 200 dimethacrylate) is an aliphatic dimethacrylate monomer with low viscosity, making it an excellent choice as a co-monomer to enhance the mechanical properties and chemical resistance of resins. This label-free monomer finds applications in a variety of industries, including 3D printing, adhesives and sealants, coatings, composites, construction and, personal care.

SIPERNAT® 500 LS is a very finely ground silica with high surface area, low drying loss and particulary high absorbency.
