TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 is an organo-modified siloxane-based antifoam that is designed for foam control in non-aqueous media. It has a high silicone content, which makes it more effective than conventional products in bio-treated diesel fuels. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 reduces foam collapse time and initial foam height, and it maintains its performance even in wet fuel and after storage for over four weeks. It also has excellent water shedding properties and a reduced treat rate compared to conventional antifoams based on polyether siloxanes. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 is compatible with a wide range of diesel additive packages and can be incorporated into low-solvent formulations. It is also stable at low temperatures and can be used with conventional non-polar solvents.

TEGO® Antifoam MR 1015 is a highly efficient 70% active antifoam concentrate that is based on modified siloxanes. DYNOL® 607 is a high-performance, non-ionic superwetter capable of delivering the exceptional equilibrium and dynamic surface tension reduction synonymous with the Dynol name. It also boasts improved ease-of-incorporation and formulation compatibility compared to the more hydrophobic DYNOL® 607 Surfactant. Furthermore, comparative wetting performance tests have confirmed that DYNOL® 607 Surfactant is a valuable replacement for conventional fluorosurfactants and offers a cost-effective, non-persistent alternative to emerging fluorosurfactant technology.

DYNOL® 604 is a high-performance, non-ionic organic superwetter known for its excellent equilibrium and dynamic surface tension reduction, a hallmark of the Dynol brand. It exhibits lower foam and dynamic surface tension values compared to the more hydrophilic DYNOL® 607 surfactant. Moreover, comparative wetting performance tests have demonstrated that DYNOL® 604 Surfactant serves as an excellent alternative to conventional fluorosurfactants and offers a cost-effective solution in place of new fluorosurfactant technology.

AEROSIL® 200 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 202 is a hydrophobic fumed silica grade, treated with a polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used in defoamer formulations for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming component.

AEROSIL® 200 HV is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROXIDE® Alu C is a fine-particulate, pure aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) with high specific surface area and marked aggregate and agglomerate structure. Because of it high purity and low water content, the product can be used well as an additive to anorganic materials, for heat insulation, and also as a catalyst substrate. The positive surface charge can be used to control the electrostatic charge.

AEROSIL® R 974 is hydrophobic fumed silica grades treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recommended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

AEROSIL® R 106 is a hydrophobic fumed silica after treated with D4 (Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane).

REWOCOROS® AL 200 is a lauryl polyglycol ether-based phosphoric acid ester. It serves as a multifunctional corrosion inhibitor for water-miscible lubricants, suitable for aluminum alloys and ferrous metals depending on the type of neutralization agent used. When combined with alkali and ammonium salts, it can also function as an extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear (AW) additive, and lubricity improver for water-miscible lubricants, such as metalworking fluids.

TEGO® SML 20 is a liquid emulsifier that is non-ionic and made of polyoxyethylene-(20)-sorbitan monolaurate. It is used as a solubilizer for oils and dyestuffs, as well as a defoamer and antistatic agent in textile formulations. TEGO® SML 20 is compatible with anionic, cationic, and amphoteric surfactants due to its non-ionic nature. It is also biodegradable and has good environmental behavior. When used as a co-emulsifier, it exhibits synergistic effects with other surfactants.

TAGAT® V 20 is a non-ionic emulsifier that is based on POE-20 glycerol oleoricinoleate. It is a low-foaming emulsifier that finds use in a wide range of applications such as metal working fluids, concrete release agents, textile auxiliary formulations, and pulp and paper defoamers. TAGAT® V 20 is derived from natural raw materials, which makes it dermatologically safe and environmentally friendly. It has excellent emulsifying and stabilizing properties, which ensure the formation of finely dispersed and long-lasting stable oil-in-water emulsions. TAGAT® V 20 also enhances the solubility of biocides in mineral oil-based lubricants and improves the lubricating properties of water-mixed fluids. It has a low foaming tendency and provides excellent thermal stability.
