How to Use

Cook: Mix the dry fruit glaze and sugar and stir into the boiling water, bring to the boil again, then apply.

spray: Mix the fruit cake glaze and sugar dry, stir into warm water, leave to stand. Mix well and then pour into the sprayer. Process at maximum temperature and minimum pressure. Keep leftovers refrigerated and melt again if necessary. The ratio of the components gel powder, water and sugar to each other can be adjusted to the operational requirements.
