Solution Preparation

Dissolve 120 g GST 64 in 1 l water, stir until smooth and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Stir well again before use.

Uses

GST 64 can be applied with a brush or with a sprayer.

Applications

Baking without steam: It is advisable to rub or spray off the pieces of dough with water just before inserting them, apply GST 64 thinly with a brush or sprayer. Another wiping immediately after baking results in the highest gloss effect.

Baking with steam: Apply GST 64 to the oven-hot pastry only once, and that is immediately after baking.

Braids and knots: After a short simmering, brush off with GST 64 and leave to simmer at a temperature that is not too warm.

Storage & Handling

Shelf Life

GST 64 has a very long shelf life as a dry product. Leftovers of the finished gloss coats can be kept in the refrigerator for at least 2 - 3 days.
