Features & Benefits

Features and Benefits
  • FORTIFEED ® FLO is a prebiotic fiber that promotes digestive and immune health in companion and consumption animals.
  • FORTIFEED ® FLO selectively stimulates the growth and/or activity of beneficial microflora while being unavailable to pathogens.
  • It has demonstrated effects in published peer-reviewed studies in several animal species (cats, dogs, equine, shrimp, poultry, cattle, & swine).
  • It contributes to dietary fiber, can help reduce caloric intake, and helps mask off-notes of a variety of feed inputs (which positively impacts feed acceptability & consumption).
  • Furthermore, it does not participate in the Maillard Browning reaction.
  • FORTIFEED ® FLO is heat stable and soluble, and does not contribute to viscosity. It contains a flow agent (calcium stearate and silicon dioxide) for better handling in high heat and high humidity environments and facilities without climate control.
