SORBOGEM® 834 is used when a more uniform particle size distribution is required. Its characteristics include free-flowing, non-browning, and non-cariogenic. It is also very soluble and has very good palatability. The sugar-free SORBOGEM® 834 is 60% sweet as sucrose and brings a pleasant cooling effect. It meets the requirements of USP/ NF.
