KIWOCLEAN AQ 508 STENCIL REMOVER concentrate is a concentrated stencil removing solution for screens. It can be used in a dilution of 1:5 up to 1:10 with water. KIWOCLEAN AQ 508 STENCIL REMOVER concentrate does not require the typical hazardous charge, required when shipping some concentrated stencil removers. KIWOCLEAN AQ 508 STENCIL REMOVER concentrate solutions are colorless and free from chlorine. KIWOCLEAN AQ 508 STENCIL REMOVER concentrate is suitable for use with all direct photo emulsions and capillary films, but not indirect films.

ULTRA PREP™ enhances stencil adhesion and durability, while improving printability and copying properties. ULTRA PREP™ is the latest technology in mesh preparation to increase process reliability. ULTRA PREP™ improves the wetting ability of the mesh and adhering of emulsion-improving the emulsion's durability. ULTRA PREP™ treated mesh also improves the flow of both emulsion and ink through the screen resulting in better coating results and finer details during printing. When used on newly meshed screens, it also reduces the appearance of ghost haze images.

DUAL STRIP is a concentrated liquid used to simultaneously remove plastisol and water-based textile inks, some UV inks, and direct emulsion and/or capillary films. DUAL STRIP can be diluted with five parts water when using a dip tank to soak screens as part of the reclaiming process. When applying product manually in a traditional manor, using DUAL STRIP undiluted will assure the most convenient and effective removal of the ink and emulsion coating, but it may be as effective diluted 1:1 or more with water. When diluting product, in house testing should be conducted to assure product meets your particular performance expectations.

KIWOCLEAN STENCIL REMOVER CONCENTRATE - WB is a concentrated emulsion reclaimer for decoating of polymer-based direct emulsions and capillary films such as Diazo and SBQ sensitized emulsions. KIWOCLEAN STENCIL REMOVER CONCENTRATE - WB is especially effective on water resistant emulsions. Its unique formulation provides for easier reclaiming in automatic reclaiming equipment. KIWOCLEAN STENCIL REMOVER CONCENTRATE - WB is a liquid concentrate which can be diluted from 1:10 parts water up to 1:20 parts water. KIWOCLEAN STENCIL REMOVER CONCENTRATE - WB does not crystallize when drying and is suitable for use in automatic reclaiming equipment.

STENCIL REMOVER 1:20/1:50 concentrate is a highly concentrated liquid emulsion remover for de-coating polymer-based direct emulsions and capillary films. STENCIL REMOVER 1:20/1:50 concentrate provides maximum efficiency when diluted with 20 parts water but may be diluted with up to 50 parts water depending on the type of emulsion and desired effectiveness. STENCIL REMOVER 1:20/1:50 concentrate does not crystallize when drying and is suitable for use in automatic reclaiming equipment.

HAZE REMOVER HV is a safe, yet highly effective, viscous liquid HAZE REMOVER HV for the removal of most ink stains and emulsion residue. To maximize its effectiveness, HAZE REMOVER HV is designed to be applied to a dry screen, allowed to dry on the screen, and then re-activated with a KIWO INK WASH product e.g., EXCEL INK WASH, KIWOCLEAN CONCENTRATED INK WASH, or LOW VOC INK WASH (for use in California). It is formulated to work as it dries on the screen. The reaction is complete once the chemical dries. This allows for reaction over several hours or even overnight, without damage to the screen. Do not use on nickel screens.

KIWOCLEAN CONCENTRATED INK WASH is a screen cleaning concentrate formulated to be diluted with water. It is very effective on plastisol, UV, and water-based inks, as well as some solvent based inks. Its high flash point and low foaming characteristic make it especially suitable for use in automatic screen washing units. KIWOCLEAN CONCENTRATED INK WASH is mild in odor and biodegradable. It is more environmentally friendly than many other ink wash products because it can be diluted with water without reducing its effectiveness, which reduces packaging, shipping weight, transportation costs, and VOC levels. This unique formulation also helps reduce ghost haze images. CIW can be refreshed quickly in a settling tank.

MEGA CLEAN ACTIVE is is a fast-acting combination solvent & haze remover paste for the removal of most ink stains and emulsion residue in the screen. It is formulated to be brushed onto the screen and rinsed off with water within a few minutes of application.

FAST LIQUID HAZE REMOVER is a fast acting liquid haze remover used to remove most ink stains and emulsion residue left in the screen after reclaiming. FAST LIQUID HAZE REMOVER is formulated to be highly effective without the need for aggressive brushing. It is formulated so it can be brushed or coated onto the screen and rinsed off with water within a few minutes of applications.

KIWOCLEAN LM 781 E is a very effective low odor solvent mixture for the removal of most screen printing inks. It is designed for cleaning screens prior to reclaiming. Its low foaming formulation makes it especially suitable for use in automatic washout equipment. Due to its slow evaporation rate, if screens are to be stored after cleaning, the remaining residue of the solvent must be thoroughly washed off with water or KIWO INK REMOVER.

PREGAN C4 is a water emulsifiable, mild odor solvent mixture with excellent dissolving power for all wet and dried inks with the exception of dried 2-component inks. It is currently used in screen printing. PREGAN C4 should not be used as an ink remover if the screen needs to be reused. It is very effectively used as an ink stain remover or as an activator for KIWO's HAZE REMOVER. It can also be used in conjunction with PREGAN PASTE to enhance its haze-removing performance.

ON-PRESS CLEANER is a highly effective quick evaporating solvent mixture that does not leave any residue after drying. It is formulated for cleaning the screen on press when an ink change takes place or as a screen opener. It can also be used to remove residue from slower evaporating solvents. The flashpoint and vapor pressure are balanced to allow for fast drying and modest odor.

MILD PRESS WASH is a quick evaporating solvent mixture used for cleaning the screen at the press when an ink change takes place or as a screen opener. It is primarily designed for use on Plastisol inks. MILD PRESS WASH will not cause solvent "lock-in" and reclaiming difficulties commonly associated with other screen openers when used on screens made with SBQ emulsions commonly used by textile printers. No oily residue after evaporation allows tape to be applied soon after use.
