Applications & Uses

Preparation

Coriander is indispensable in your Thai curry, nasi goreng, Indian chicken skewers or your Mexican salsa. But this herb wouldn't look out of place in Dutch cuisine either. In combination with lemon, for example, it gives your baby potatoes an extra dimension. Be careful though, because the fresh, spicy and slightly nutty taste can quickly dominate. Always add coriander at the last minute for an optimal taste sensation.
