A universal rubber accelerator, mainly is used in tires, rubber shoes and other rubber articles. It is not used in rubber bags for food because of its bitterness. MBT is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 175.105, 176.300 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and “Sonderkategorie”.

Antioxidant 168 is a secondary antioxidant with excellent resistance to extraction by water, low volatility and high heat stability. It can effectively decompose hydroperoxides produced during the processing of polymeric materials. It isn’t usually used alone,compounded with hindered phenolic primary antioxidants such as Antioxidant 1010, to improve thermostability of polymer during the processing. There are over ten kinds of blends of Antioxidant 168 with phenolic antioxidants, widely use in the polymer materials, such as polylefins (eg. Polyethylene, polypropylene etc.), polyamide, polycarbornate, ABS and so on. The product has good effect with HALS

Antioxidant 1010 is the typical representative of hindered phenol antioxidants, non-poisonous, nondiscolouring as well as nonstaining and is an excellent top-quality approved in international. It is widely used in a variety of polymer materials, such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, polyrethane, polystyrene, polyxymethylene, PBT, ABS, polyamide, synthetic rubber and so on. It is also a high grade antioxidant for natural and synthetic oil..

Konson Chemical Antioxidant 1010

A fast curing accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. It is more active than rubber accelerator ZDC in dry rubber. The latex contained accelerator ZDBC can’t be prevulcanized in a week. It is an excellent activator of thiazole kinds accelerator. It can be used as antioxidant in the mixing rubber and can improve the anti-aging properties. Non color degradation, non-staining and easy dispersion in rubber process. ZDBC is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR175.105, 178.2010, 175.300, 177.1210, 177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and”Sonderkategorie”.

A good delayed action accelerator, suitable for natural and synthetic rubber and tire rubber products, able to improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber products. CBS is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Category 4.

Konson® accelerator MTT is a thiazole heterocyclic compound containing active sulfur atoms, which cross-links halogen-containing polymers. It is suitable for vulcanization cross-linking of CIIR and CR,especially as a highly effective accelerator for CR. Compared with NA-22, Konson® accelerator MTT maintains the good physical properties and aging resistance of NA-22 vulcanized CR, and also improves the scorch performance and operation safety of the rubber compound. Also combines faster curing characteristics. Konson® accelerator MTT is easy to disperse in rubber, no pollution, non-discoloring . It is usually used in the manufacture of cables, tapes, rubber shoes, tires, and bright-colored products.

A overspead accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. Curing active temperature is low. It can substitute for ZDBC、ZDEC、PZ, ect.. Operating safety is much better. Specially , it will not produce cancer-causing nitrosamize during the rubber manufacturing process , and it can be used as excellent activator to kinds of thiazole. Appropriate matching quantity of Zine oxide and sulfur when using , and aliphatic acid is not necessary .it can be added directly into rubber mass and also can be added into latex as component part. ZBEC is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR 175.105,177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and”Sonderkategorie”.

As a kind of super accelerator used to natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber. Commonly, using with some other kind of accelerators such as benzothiazole, sulfenamide. A fast velocity at vulcanizing temperature can be obtained, and intensile can be increased. Suitable for making inner tube of tires, soft tube, isolating layer of wire and cable, etc.. Don’t use for manufacturing the products contacting with foods. TDEC is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under BgVV XXI, Category 4.
