- ECØ 100 powder is readily dissolved in water up to a concentration of 40 to 50% solids. This watersoluble binder is suitable for water-based aerosols, arts & crafts and other temporary coating systems. Coatings with ECØ 100 can be tinted with universal or water-based colorants. The dry film is removed with warm water.
