LRBG Chemicals USA UF MW51 is an unfilled, uncatalyzed resin suitable for applications requiring a low viscosity and highly reactive resin. This resin can be cured with catalysts or, in many cases, the acidity of the substrate is enough to cure the resin. Its low viscosity makes it suitable for use with a variety of fillers and extenders.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 817 is a melamine resin powder designed for use where superior penetration is needed to impregnate pattern sheets in the production of decorative laminates to achieve optimal craze resistance. Furthermore, LRBG Chemicals USA MF 817 is highly recommended for use in the manufacture of abrasives, including precision diamond cutting wheels, and has been successfully used as a modifier for phenolic resins in the production of sandpaper.

LRBG Chemicals USA UF 250-S is a pre-catalyzed and filled ready-mix urea resin that is popular with plywood and particleboard manufacturers. It can be used for panels, edge gluing, some decorative lamination, and other applications where a visible glue line is not an issue.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 860 is a melamine resin in powder form designed for adhesive applications and thermoset paint modification. It can be used as-is, dissolved in water, or a combination of water and alcohol. It is commonly used by the ceiling tile industry to strengthen coatings.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 819 is a melamine resin powder designed to provide extended solution stability at high concentrations of resin solids. This lends itself to treating applications requiring solution solids of over 55%. For example, a 60% solids solution for saturation of glass cloth to provide good wetting characteristics can be obtained using a 95/5 water-butanol solvent combination. Various types of fillers can be used with the LRBG Chemicals USA MF 819 resin, and other additives and subsequent processing are dependent on the needs of the finished molding compound. It is a neat resin without any additives, fillers, catalysts, or releasing agents.

LRBG Chemicals USA RUFR 1006M is an off-white/yellow latex intumescent fire-retardant polyurethane coating designed as a primer coating for wood and engineered wood composites. When applied and dried, it creates a low-gloss protective primer coating. When exposed to temperatures above 200°C, it creates a multicellular protective char layer that shields the wood substrate beneath it from the fire. This system has excellent adhesion to wood composites and yields low flame spread and smoke development ratings. It may be crosslinked with low levels of polycarbodiimide or melamine/urea crosslinkers to achieve excellent water resistance in the surface coating.

LRBG Chemicals USA UF 313 is a melamine-fortified, internally catalyzed urea formaldehyde powder adhesive designed for the tapeless splicing of veneers with straight-through and cross-feed conventional as well as high-speed splicing machines. LRBG Chemicals USA UF 313 is formulated for applications requiring durability, light color and opacity, and moderate-to-high speed operation. It is characterized by a large operating window, allowing application of the adhesive one day and bonding up to two days later.

LRBG Chemicals USA Melamine appears as a white powder that will form lumps from compaction. It is recommended for use in the manufacture of melamine formaldehyde, amino resins, and fire retardant products. Additionally, this product is listed on the TSCA Inventory.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 415 is primarily designed for paper lamination but can also be used to impregnate cloth, synthetic, or glass fibers. It serves as a water-resistant thermosetting binder and in compression wood flour molding to make school furniture. Additionally, this resin has been used successfully as a plaster modifier to increase strength and environmental resistance.
