ColorLite from Progressive Fillers International is a non-dispersing pigment for FDA compliant special effects for the Masterbatch, Compounding, Paint and Coatings industries. ColorLite combines the benefits of a light weight proprietary flake with a brilliant non-dispersing pigmented color, creating a revolutionary unique composite.

Pluriol® grades are polyalkylene glycols or modified (alkyl) polyalkylene glycols. Pluriol® grades offer specialized properties making them ideal for improving electroplating processes.

Poligen® wax types refer to pure waxes of oxidized polyethylene waxes or ethylene copolymers. Poligen® products are already emulsified waxes and are used for ready-to-formulate purposes. The oxidized ethylene polymers provide the property of emulsification and thus wax emulsions can be prepared. They are defined by their mechanical and physical properties. The chemical constitution is mainly different. Oxidized polyethylene waxes are of high hardness and higher molar mass.

Unique composites of polyethylene waxes and REACH compliant PTFE that provide a high degree of surface lubricity, abrasion resistance, and film toughness. Polyfluo 900 is an LDPE/PTFE composite fortified with ceramic beads for improved burnish and abrasion resistance. IrisECO is our series of water-based high concentrated pigment dispersions for in-plant tinting. MagnaPearl® effect pigments are pearlescent pigments that are specially engineered. They are available in a variety of particle sizes. BTC’s effect pigments find use in a wide field for the coloration of plastics. They are also suitable for a variety of other industries including the automotive industry as well as the agriculture, building & construction, electrical & electronics, packaging, and textiles & fibers industries. They find also applications in newly emerging markets.

Mistroblock® product portfolio is also used as antiblocking agents in polyethylene, restore mechanical properties to recycled plastics and are ideal nucleating agents in biopolymers and semi-crystalline polymers. Citroflex™ A-2 is recommended for use with cellulosic derivatives. It offers low warping characteristics with cellulose acetate. Citroflex™ A-2 has been accepted for use as a plasticizer in food wrap films by the US Food & Drug Administration.

CAPMUL® multi-functional, high purity monoesters provide superior skin penetration and emolliency with excellent effects against microorganisms. Luwax® range comprises polyethylene waxes, ethylene copolymer waxes, and oxidized polyethylene waxes that help in maximizing the efficiency of pigment use. Depending on the specification for the final product, waxes can increase color strength, lower the quantity of pigment required, or reduce the shear force needed. They also act as lubricants during the molding or extrusion of final goods and are used during the production of pigment masterbatches and compounds as well as for the processing of PVC and polyolefins.
