AKRYVIL – water dispersions of acrylic, styrene acrylic and vinyl acrylic copolymers are high-quality products. Their production process is based on various parameters such as dry matter content, viscosity, average particle size, vitrification temperature or minimum film formation temperature. This allows us to supply raw materials perfectly adapted to the needs and expectations of our customers.

XYSIL® hydrophilic fumed silica produced by Henan Xunyu Chemical is synthetic, amorphous fumed silica powder with BET surface area from 150 to 380 m2/g. It is a nanomaterial with strong hygroscopicity(absorbing moisture). It is can be wetted by water, and dispersed in water forming a suspension. XYSIL® fumed silica is produced by flame without superficial treatment.

VINNAPAS® is WACKER’s brand name for a versatile range of polymer-based dispersions, powders and resins that are used to improve the properties and performance of products in a wide range of industries. ELASTOSIL® is an all-rounder for countless applications. Silicone rubbers consist essentially of silicone polymers and fillers. They cure at high temperature (HTV/LSR grades) or room temperature (RTV grades) with suitable reactants, forming a three-dimensional structure and transforming the uncured compound in a plastic state into an elastomeric rubber. Silicone elastomers are flexible at low temperatures and resistant to heat and aging (UV radiation and ozone). They are easy to process and have good mechanical properties that remain unchanged over a wide temperature range. They have a neutral taste and are biologically unreactive.

Optifil is a unique ground calcium carbonate from a specialty, high purity calcium carbonate and processed at Huber’s largest GCC plant in Quincy, Illinois. Key advantages of ultra-fine particle distribution, high surface area, round particle shape, and low silica content are enhanced by processing with a proprietary fatty acid-based surface treatment which allow the material to be used as an extender in pipe, conduit, rubber, plastics, and PVC compounds.

ECONYL® colorants are highly concentrated binder and solvent free ready to use water based pigment dispersions. The high tinting strength, VOC and APEO free colorants are recommended for in-plant tinting of various water and solvent based systems. Maximum stability and dispersability is guaranteed due to a patented wetting and dispersing agent platform.

IrisECO is our series of water-based high concentrated pigment dispersions for in-plant tinting. Developed for architectural paints, is used also in industrial paints, wood coatings and various other applications.

IrisColor is our series of universal pigment dispersions specific for architectural paints and enamels for interiors and exteriors, formulated to be used for in-plant tinting.

Addition of DISPARLON® provides thixotropy with good shear thinning for ease of application, gunability and excellent slump control/bead formation. DISPARLON provides a balanced mix of performance benefits for both waterborne and solventborne adhesive and sealant applications.

IrisBlendW is our series of water-based colorants, specific for architectural paints for interiors and exteriors, designed to be used with tinting equipment.

Aktifit is an activated Silfit Z 91 produced by modifying the surface with functional silanes. The by-products split off during the treatment reaction are largely removed during the production process which firmly attaches the silane to the filler surface. This helps minimize undesirable side effects, as they are potentially encountered with in-situ mixing (direct addition of silane to the compound).
