Escoat RA-150W Release Coat is a high quality release coating developed for pressure sensitive adhesive tapes to provide controlled release. It adheres well to polyester and corona or flame treated polyolefins. It provides excellent release, even in high humidity environments, with rubber, solvent acrylic and hot-melt adhesives. Escoat RA-150W Release Coat may also be used as a water based over print varnish having good gloss, release power and a low coefficient of friction.

BLS 1710 (2440-22-4)is a benzotriazole type ultraviolet light absorber (UVA), imparting good light stability for plastics and other organic polymers. BLS 1710 protects polymers as well as organic pigments from UV radiation helping to preserve the original appearance and physical integrity of engineered plastics, elastomers, PVC, adhesives, and polyurethanes during outdoor weathering.

BNX DSTDP (693-36-7)is a thioether-type antioxidant that functions by scavenging peroxides formed during the thermal oxidative degradation of plastics and other organic materials. Combinations of this product with hindered phenolic antioxidants (e.g. BNX 1010) provide outstanding thermal stability in polyolefins, styrenic polymers, and engineering plastics. BNX DSTDP is non-discoloring, has good compatibility with polyolefins, styrenic polymers, and adhesives, and has low odor relative to other sulfur-based antioxidants.

BNX 1215 (6683-19-8 & 31570-04-4)is a synergistic blend of the phenolic antioxidant BNX 1010 and the phosphite Benefos 1680 in a 1:2 ratio. This blend of both a primary and secondary antioxidant provides excellent heat stability and resistance to oxidation, with good compatibility with resins and low volatility.

Benetex OB Plus (7128-64-5)is a heat resistant, solvent soluble, chemically stable fluorescent whitener that provides brighter looking colors. It is used to offset the yellowness of a polymer and to yield a whiter appearance. Optical brighteners create brilliance by absorbing UV light, modifying the wavelength of the light and then emitting the light in a fluorescent fashion. Benetex OB Plus can also be used as a tracer in various applications and as an optical brightener in thermoplastics, coatings, printing inks, dyes, man-made fibers, waxes, fats, and oils. This fine powder form is ideally suited for: 1.) screen printing applications where reduced clogging of equipment is critical to increase productivity and 2.) clear-coat applications where efficiency of dispersion and a smooth coating appearance is needed

BLS 1130 (104810-48-2 & 104810-47-1)is a liquid benzotriazole UV absorber that provides outstanding light stability to industrial and automotive coatings. It blends easily and disperses completely, reducing loading requirements and virtually eliminating particle dispersion problems associated with solid UV absorbers. The liquid form is also highly compatible with a wide variety of coating systems, including waterborne and solvent-based systems. BLS 1130 is also useful as a light stabilizer in other applications including plastics, adhesives, and sealants.

Benefos 1626 (26741-53-7)is a phosphite type antioxidant of high phosphorous content. This secondary antioxidant provides excellent heat stability and reduction in polymer degradation during processing. Benefos 1626 has good synergism when used with light stabilizers such as benzophenones and benzotriazoles.

BNX 3052 (61167-58-6)is a multifunctional antioxidant for the stabilization of adhesives, elastomers, and plastics. Unlike conventional phenolic antioxidants, BNX 3052 is effective to scavenge alkyl (carbon-centered) radicals. The product is particularly active under demanding processing conditions (high temperature, high shear) and under anaerobic conditions.

BNX 2246 (119-47-1)is a hindered phenolic antioxidant and thermal stabilizer providing effective stabilization in adhesives, ABS, polyolefins, and other substrates.

BLS 1622 (65447-77-0)is a high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer. BLS 1622 has minimal interaction with co-additives such as pigments and other stabilizers and thus is highly effective in systems using carbon black and pigmented systems. Secondary effects as an antioxidant are realized in the long-term heat stability of polyolefin systems. Areas of application include polyethylene, polypropylene, unsaturated polyester, styrenics, acrylics and vinyl polymers.

BNX 1037 (110675-26-8)is a high performance multifunctional antioxidant developed for the stabilization of hot melt adhesives based on unsaturated styrenic copolymers (SIS, SBS, SBR, etc.), solvent-based adhesives, water-based adhesives, unsaturated styrenic copolymers, rosin ester tackifiers and polyurethanes.

BNX MD-1024 (32687-78-8)is a hindered phenolic antioxidant/metal deactivator used in reducing or preventing the harmful effect of copper or other metals upon various polymers.

BLS 0113-3 is a non-discoloring liquid light stabilization system that is highly effective in candles. It is also suitable for use as a light stabilizer in polyurethanes and other plastics, adhesives, sealants, and coatings applications.

BLS 1328 protects polymers as well as organic pigments from UV radiation helping to preserve the original appearance and physical integrity of molded articles, films, sheets, and fibers during outdoor weathering.

BNX DLTDP (123-28-4)is a thioether antioxidant. High solubility and superior properties make it particularly suitable for the protection of plastics, rubber, synthetic fibers, and petroleum products against deterioration and discoloration. Used in combination with phenolic primary antioxidants, it has proven particularly effective as a result of synergistic effects.

BNX 565 (991-84-4)is a high molecular weight, non-staining, multifunctional antioxidant developed for the stabilization of unsaturated elastomers (BR, IR, SBR, SIS, SBS, etc.), hot melt adhesives, and rosin ester tackifier resins.

BNX 1249 is a multifunctional stabilization system for plastics, elastomers, and adhesives. It is particularly effective under demanding processing conditions (high temperature, high shear) and under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions.

BLS 1326 (3896-11-5)is a benzotriazole type ultraviolet light absorber (UVA), imparting good light stability for plastics and other organic polymers. BLS 1326 is especially suited for polyolefins and cold cured polyesters. It protects polymers from UV radiation helping to preserve the original appearance and physical integrity, especially for polyolefins and polyester resins.

BLS 1944 (70624-18-9 -US or 71878-19-8 – EU)is a high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer. It provides outstanding light stability to many polymers and it also provides long-term stability to polyolefins by a radical trapping mechanism similar to that of hindered phenols. Significant levels of stabilization are achieved at relatively low concentrations. Because of its polymeric structure, BLS 1944 has a very low volatility (even at high temperatures), low extractability and low migration rate from polymeric substrates. When compounded, BLS 1944 imparts no negative effects on a substrate’s initial color, its low dust, free-flowing form makes it exceptionally convenient to handle.

BNX 358 (96-69-5)is a non-discoloring antioxidant useful for the stabilization of elastomers, plastics, adhesives, and lubricants. The product is also used as a disproportionation agent in the production of rosin esters.

BNX 1900 (2082-79-3 & 31570-04-4)is a synergistic blend of 20% BNX 1076 and 80% Benefos 1680. This blend of both a primary and secondary antioxidant provides excellent heat stability and antioxidation, with good compatibility with resins and excellent extraction resistance.

BLS 3039 (6197-30-4)is a liquid cyanoacrylate-type UV absorber (UVA) used as a light stabilizer in plastics, adhesives, and coatings. The product is inherently non-discoloring and is also chemically non-interacting with reactive monomers and polymerization catalysts.

BNX TAHQ (79-74-3)is a sterically hindered dihydroxybenzene antioxidant and stabilizer. BNX TAHQ is non-staining and non-discoloring antioxidant recommended for use in unvulcanized rubber adhesives, tapes and films.

BLS 531 (1843-05-6)is an ultraviolet light absorber (UVA) of the benzophenone class, imparting good light stability for plastics and other organic polymers. Due to its highly effective broad UV absorption properties and excellent polymer compatibility, BLS 531 offers maximum polymer protection and low color contribution, retards yellowing and loss of physical properties

BNX 1225 TPR is a 45% active pelletized concentrate of the antioxidant blend BNX 1225 in an SIS (styrene-isoprene-styrene) thermoplastic rubber. The BNX 1225 component is a synergistic blend of BNX 1010 and Benefos® 1680 at a 1:1 ratio, which provides excellent heat stability and oxidation resistance. It also exhibits good compatibility with resins and excellent extraction resistance. The SIS component has a styrene content of 14%, diblock content of 12% and a melt index of 9.

BLS 5411 (3147-75-9)is a benzotriazole type ultraviolet light absorber (UVA), imparting good light stability for plastics and other organic polymers. BLS 5411 protects polymers as well as organic pigments from UV radiation helping to preserve the original appearance and physical integrity of polymeric systems; particularly in polyesters, polyvinyl chlorides, styrenics, acrylics, polycarbonates and polyvinyl butyral during outdoor weathering.

BNX 1425 (65140-91-2)is a multifunctional additive that functions as an antioxidant for the stabilization of plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, and rosin ester tackifier resins. The product is also an effective esterification catalyst that is particularly useful in the production of rosin esters and in the solid-state polymerization of PET and other thermoplastic polyesters.
