MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/506 is a Polystyrene base polymer with a special feature of injection molding grade, suitable for various market segments and application areas. It is typically used for various applications, and pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h or an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h. For processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 180-260°C and a mold temperature of 10-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV CC1063-11LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that is UV stabilized and provides high light transmission and light scattering. It has excellent flow and is suitable for automotive and lighting applications, such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A90I 2GP0001 is a polymeric material that is processed with injection molding. It is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with a natural color or gray, and features good recovery, good weathering resistance, good chemical resistance, good ozone resistance, good hot air resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture applications, and is used for injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fastener &amp; connectors, and 2K components.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL D40I 2GP0050 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) that is used in injection molding and is available in natural color and black. It has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery and furniture applications, and can be used for seals, sealing lips, handles, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fasteners, and connectors, and 2K components. It can adhere to polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, polyethylene, thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and thermoplastic elastomer general.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H B 4920/500 MR20 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a filler/additive system of 20% talcum, designed for Pre-Drying Conditions of either a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 h, or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 h. Processing Injection molding requires melt temperatures of 200-250°C and mold temperatures of 20-70°C. This material has special features of good flow, low warpage, easy release (demolding), and is suitable for electrical and electronic, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. Typical applications include housings, functional components, and fixing elements.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/750 GF20 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer filled with 20% glass fibers and is processing stabilized, heat stabilized, and chemically coupled. It is suitable for applications in electrical and electronic, building and construction, and automotive markets such as housings, fixing elements, functional components, radiator grilles, electrical components, exterior parts, and cooling systems. Pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and mold temperature of 20-70°C.

ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/750 GF20

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV GY1088-12LD is a pre-dried polycarbonate injection molding grade with a special filler/additive system and features such as being translucent, having high light diffusion, being processing stabilized, having good flow, and being UV stabilized. It is used in the automotive and lighting market segments for applications such as lamp covers, display elements and operating elements, and has approvals such as GS93016. Its melt temperature is between 270-310°C, and its mold temperature is between 80-110°C. It should be stored in a dry and light-protected environment.

ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV GY1088-12LD

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4920/578 MR20 is a polypropylene copolymer pre-dried in either a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. It is processed with injection molding at a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. The polypropylene copolymer contains 20% talcum, has processing stabilizers, long-term heat stabilization, slip agent, and easy release (demolding) properties. It is mainly used in the automotive, building and construction, and various markets, typically for transport systems, interior, and various injection molded parts such as dashboard/instrument panels and housings.

ALTECH® PP-B A 4920/578 MR20

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA66 2030/116 GF30 is a polyamide 66 base polymer with 30% glass fibers, impact modified and containing recycled material, specifically designed for automotive and other market segments. It is suitable for applications such as cooling systems, chassis, steering, oil pump parts, housings, automotive trim unpainted, impact protection/shock absorbers, and more. During processing, injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C.
