MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS A 1000/920 UV NC0001-00 is a Polystyrene base polymer with special features of easy release (demolding) and UV stabilization. It is suitable for extruded parts, injection molded parts and exterior parts, and is commonly used in the Automotive, electrical and electronic, and Machinery market segments. Pre-drying conditions should be carried out in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours. Processing injection molding should be carried out with a melt temperature of 180-260°C, and a mold temperature of 10-70°C.
