MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MED PS 1000 AS 14115 has a minimum shelf life of 24 months. It is based on a polystyrene impact polymer and contains an antistatic and permanent filler/additive system. It is designed for medical and personal care applications such as housings and is processed by injection molding with a melt temperature of 180-260°C and a mold temperature of 10-70°C. To ensure optimal performance, pre-drying conditions should be conducted in an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h, depending on moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/530 is a copolymer of acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene that has high surface gloss, slip agent, easy flow, injection molding grade, and antistatic properties. It can be used in various injection molded parts. To ensure optimal performance, pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, or 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.20%. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. For best results, store in a dry location, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/526 UV is a polycarbonate-based injection molding grade with a light stabilizer, antistatic, and UV stabilized filler/additive system. It is pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 120°C for 2-3 hours and in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-12 hours depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. It is then processed in injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C, and has special features such as easy release (demolding) and processing stabilization. Typical applications of this material include various injection molded parts that require light stabilization, antistatic protection and UV stabilization.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/532 UV AS is a polycarbonate base polymer with antistatic and UV stabilized special features, used for injection molded parts in the electrical and electronic, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments. Processing injection molding should be done at a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C. It should be stored dry and protected from light, not above 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® ABS AS A 0031-05 is a dosage of 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding dependent on application and operational area. The base polymer is Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer and the filler/additive system is antistatic - short term. It is suitable for use in Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer and is ideal for market segments such as automotive, electrical and electronic, building and construction, sport and leisure, and domestic appliances. It is used in the Lighting, electrical and electronic market segment and is applicable for Extrusion of 3D printable FDM filaments for functional components. Processing Injection molding Filament extrusion melt temperature should be 250-270°C, and recommendations for 3D printing depending on printer type are nozzle temperature of 300-320°C, bed temperature of 80-120°C, and print speed of 10-60 mm/s.
