MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MED PS 1000 AS 14114 is a polystyrene impact resin with a permanent antistatic filler/additive system designed for Medical/Personal Care applications, suitable for injection molded parts such as housings. Its melt temperature should be between 180-260°C and its mold temperature should be between 10-70°C. Pre-drying should be done in an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, or in a dry air (dessicant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, depending on the moisture content.
