MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/130 AS is a processing-stabilized Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer designed for a variety of injection molding applications. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours, depending on the moisture content. During injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 200-240°C and the mold temperature should be between 50-80°C. Special features include reduced surface resistivity, antistatic properties, slip agent, and easy flow.
