MOCOM Compounds Alcom® LB PC 1000 14073 WT1164-14 is a polycarbonate-based injection molding grade polymer with a special filler/additive system that provides improved surface appearance and easy flow. This material is highly reflective and designed specifically for use in the automotive and lighting markets.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9560 S is a Polyphenylene Sulfide injection molding grade with 50% mineral filler/additive system. It has improved surface appearance, high surface gloss, and is metallizable. Pre-drying conditions include drying in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content at 130-140°C. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature between 320-340°C and a mold temperature above 140°C. Typical applications include reflectors for automotive, lighting and consumer products.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9560 is a Polyphenylene Sulfide base polymer with a 50% mineral filler/additive system that offers improved surface appearance and high surface gloss. It is used for injection molded parts in the automotive and machinery market segments and typical applications include reflectors. For best results, pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content, followed by processing injection molding with melt temperature 320-340°C and mold temperature greater than 140°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/667 is a Base Polymer made of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer that features improved surface, low gloss, and heat stabilization. It is used in the Automotive Market Segment for injection molded parts and clothing/fasteners. Pre-drying Conditions require 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 h and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. For Processing Injection molding, a melt temperature between 200-240°C and a mold temperature between 50-80°C is recommended. Additionally, it should be stored dry and protected from light, not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9523 is a polyphenylene sulfide base polymer with a 60% glass fiber/mineral filler/additive system, which is black in color. It has high stiffness, improved surface appearance, and is suitable for various applications such as reflectors. Pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for two to four hours depending on moisture content. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be 320-340°C and the mold temperature should be greater than 140°C.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9310-4 S is a Polyphenylene Sulfide-based polymer with a mineral and glass bead filler/additive system that provides improved surface and metallizable characteristics. The pre-drying conditions for this material require a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content. The injection molding process requires a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of greater than 140°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA6 900/1 GF15 MR25 is a heat-stabilized, low-warpage polyamide 6 pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at temperatures below 80°C for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content. It has a 15% glass fiber and 25% mineral filler/additive system. It is used for housings and functional components in the automotive and machinery market, and is processed through injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2330/500 is a heat stabilized, improved surface appearance and easy release polyamide 6 with a 20% glass fiber and 10% glass bead filler/additive system. It is suitable for many market segments, such as automotive, machinery, building and construction, and can be used for injection molded parts, electrical components, and exterior parts. Typical applications include air ducts, housings, and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2035/509 GF35 is a Polyamide 6 base polymer with a 35% glass fiber filler/additive system heat stabilized for easy release (demolding), good flow, and improved surface appearance. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-290°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-100°C. When storing, the polymer should be kept dry, protected from light, and not above 30°C. Typical applications of this polymer include injection molded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 4240/500 GF15 MR25 is a Polyamide 66-based polymer with 40% glass fiber/mineral filler/additive system. It has low warpage, improved heat stabilization, and surface appearance, making it suitable for use in Automotive, Machinery, Electrical and Electronic industries for injection molded parts, electrical components, housings, and functional components. Pre-drying Conditions require 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Injection molding requires a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C. To maintain quality, keep this material in a dry, light-protected area at not above 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 3240/100 GK25 GF15 is a heat-stabilized, high stiffness polyamide 66 with 25% glass beads and 15% glass fibers that is used for interior decoration/finishing, exterior parts, and injection molded parts in the automotive and machinery markets. For optimal processing of injection molding, the melt temperature should be set between 280-300°C and the mold temperature should be set between 80-120°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 2033/500 GF33 is a polyamide 66 reinforced with 33% glass fibers, providing special features such as hot oil resistance, improved surface appearance, easy release (demolding), and easy flow. It is pre-dried with conditions of 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. The melt temperature for injection molding is 280-300°C and the mold temperature is 80-120°C. This product is used in automotive applications such as engine and drive systems, exterior parts, and interior decoration/finishing, making it an ideal material for automotive components.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 2035/507 GF35 EF is a polyamide 66 with a 35% glass fiber filler/additive system. It has hot oil resistance, improved surface appearance, easy release (demolding), and easy flow. Additionally, it is heat stabilized and used for automotive powertrain components, engine cover, and other applications in engine and drive systems in the automotive market segment.

It is suitable for injection molding, has easy release (demolding) and good flow properties, as well as improved surface appearance. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.15%. Processing temperature should be set to 270-290°C for the melt and 80-100°C for the mold. Typical applications include injection molded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA66 910/1 GB30 MO2 is a polyamide 66 base polymer with 30% glass beads and 2% molybdenium disulphide filler/additive system. It has improved sliding/wear, improved surface appearance, low warpage, and heat-stabilized features, and is mainly used in automotive and machinery applications such as bearings and sliding elements and functional components. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 2050/106 GF50 is a Polyamide 66-based polymer with a 50% glass fiber filler/additive system that is high heat stabilized, has high stiffness, and improved surface. It is typically used for injection molding parts such as functional components, engine and drive systems, and different automotive powertrain parts, seals. The melt temperature should be between 280-300°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-120°C. This product is marketed for use in the Automotive and Machinery segments, and should be stored dry, in a protected area not above 30°C and away from light.
