MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA66 910/1 GB30 MO2 is a polyamide 66 base polymer with 30% glass beads and 2% molybdenium disulphide filler/additive system. It has improved sliding/wear, improved surface appearance, low warpage, and heat-stabilized features, and is mainly used in automotive and machinery applications such as bearings and sliding elements and functional components. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C.
