MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 3230/120 GB20 GF10 is a polyamide 6 base polymer that is processed through injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. This polymer contains 20% glass beads and 10% glass fibers, is heat stabilized, and has easy flow, easy release (demolding), and fast solidifying properties. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 FC 5040/500 MR40 is a Polyamide 6 based material with a 40% metal filler/additive system. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.15%. Processing should be done using injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 4030/109 MR30 is a Polyamide 6 grade containing a 30% mineral filler/additive system and heat stabilized for improved flow characteristics during injection molding. It is suitable for a wide range of automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure, packaging, medical/personal care, lighting, and information technology applications.
