It was designed to be extended with water for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except magnesium. This product is formulated without chlorine and has an amber liquid appearance.

ASTRO-SOL C HD is an extreme-duty soluble oil concentrate designed for the most demanding machining operations where controlled foam and cleanliness are required. The unique combination of chlorinated extreme pressure additive, modern boundary lubricants, and a controlled-foam emulsifier package brings outstanding performance to the most severe applications. This product is formulated with a high level of stabilized chlorinated EP additive using a synthetic emulsification platform that is very stable and exceptionally low foaming.

MONROE VANISHING OIL 140 is an odorless, colorless, low-viscosity, petroleum solvent-based product designed for light-gage blanking, stamping, or forming operations. This product works well on ferrous and non-ferrous metals alike and is also highly suitable as a cutting fluid for glass and mirrors up to ½ inch thick. It evaporates rapidly, leaving a slight residue which in most instances may be painted over without the need for additional cleaning operations. A test application with the particular paint/coating in question is recommended.

ASTRO-CUT SYN G is a heavy-duty, oil-free, synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate designed to offer good lubricity as well as excellent corrosion control on machinery and workpieces while providing a long sump life. As a concentrate, it appears as a blue-colored liquid and when diluted it turns transparent blue. This product may be used on a variety of metals, including steel, cast iron, and aluminum in operations ranging from grinding to turning to milling.

MONROE DRAW 450 EM is a heavy-duty neat drawing oil. It has been formulated for use on heavy drawing and blanking operations and has excellent adherence and anti-wipe properties. It can be used on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This product is a complex blend of extreme pressure additives, petroleum oil, and rust inhibitors. The corrosion and stain protection package in this product is particularly effective in protecting ferrous metals from rust and/or stain that can plague other products with such a high level of EP. MONROE DRAW 450 EM also incorporates an emulsifier package to aid in the cleaning of parts.
