Normal dosage ranges from 0.1 - 0.5 % on finished product. AGITAN 170 is typically added undiluted during pigment grinding for optimum distribution and de-aeration. For most efficient use 2/3 of AGITAN 170 is added to the pigment dispersion and 1/3 is added to the letdown.

AGITAN 170 is sensitive to freezing and should be stored between 15 and 25 °C. As the product tends to separate slightly it must be mixed before use. The minimum shelf life in closed containers is 9 months from the date of manufacture.
