Recommended levels/use

For most efficient use, 2/3 of AGITAN DF 6681 is added to the pigment dispersion and 1/3 is added to the letdown. Suggested dosage for some typical applications:

  • Decorative coatings: 0.1-0.4 %
  • Coatings for public works, Structural engineering, ACE: 0.1-0.5 %
  • Clear wood coatings: 0.1-0.3 %
  • Paint, adhesives, inks, paper coatings: 0.1-0.3 %

Metal Working Fluids & Lubricants:

  • Concentrates: 0.1-0.5 %
  • Diluted Fluids: 0.02-0.05 %

Cleaners and Surfactant Systems:

  • Hard Surface Cleaners: 0.1-0.3 %
  • Agrochemicals: 0.1-0.3 %

Synthetic and Natural Latices:

  • Compounding & Application: 0.1-0.3 %

Storage and Packaging

AGITAN DF 6681 is not sensitive to freezing and should be stored between 5 and 35 °C. As the product tends to separate it should be mixed before use. The minimum shelf life in closed containers is 15 months from the date of manufacture.

Totes holding 900 kg net, drums holding 130 kg net or kegs holding 20 kg net.
