METOLAT 392 is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent for carbon blacks in aqueous media. It is ideal for the manufacturing of aqueous coatings systems based on polymer solutions and / or polymer emulsions (air dry and force dry, 2K-systems) as well as for the manufacturing of aqueous resin-free pigment concentrates. METOLAT 392 stabilizes dispersed carbon blacks and reduces the mill-base viscosity. Gloss and color development are improved and reflocculation is prevented.

METOLAT 392 is not sensitive to freezing but for better handling it should be stored between 15 and 25 °C. The minimum shelf life in closed containers is 15 months from the date of manufacture.
