EDAPLAN® 490 is a VOC-free wetting agent and dispersant for organic and inorganic pigments as well as carbon blacks in aqueous media. It is ideal for the manufacture of flood/float-free aqueous coatings systems (air dry and force dry, 2Ksystems) as well as for the manufacture of aqueous resin-free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN® 490 stabilizes pigment dispersions and reduces the mill-base viscosity. Gloss, color strength and hiding power are improved and reflocculation is prevented.

TAFIGEL PUR 80 is designed as an “associative thickener” which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients. TAFIGEL PUR 80 can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners, as well as with further thickener technologies. Aqueous gloss paints, thickened with TAFIGEL PUR 80 show minimal pseudoplasticity, similar to the rheology of solvent borne systems. LUBRANIL® DF 45 is a VOC-free dispersion for paints.Improves open time, improves re-workability, VOC-free and therefore replacement of VOC containing open time additives possible without loosing of performance and therefore recommended for kitchens and bathrooms. Improves slip, good wet-abrasion resistance and with no odor. It is designed to disperse organic pigments, carbon blacks and inorganic pigments for universal use in both, water and solvent based systems, including High Solids. It is ideal for the manufacturing of coatings as well as for the manufacturing of resin free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN® 918 stabilizes dispersed pigments and reduces mill-base viscosity. Gloss and color development are improved and reflocculation respectively Rub Out is prevented. The product is free of organic solvents.

LUBA-print® 280/W is a wax dispersion / wachsdispersion. This product have uses in waterbased lacquers and coating systems:. METOLAT® 368 is a non-ionic, silicone free wetting agent for water-based systems. It improves substrate wetting and leveling. The product is VOC free according to 2004/42/EC.

CERETAN® MTZ 9335 is a spray micronized Fischer-Tropsch-wax, coated with Zinc.Properties are high matting, no impact on color output, distribution and weather durability, no impact on mechanical properties. Applications as additive for powder coatings.Zinc-compound coated wax, which provides excellent matting at higher curing temperatures starting from 180–230°C, where standard matting agents fail.

EDAPLAN LA 403 is suitable for all aqueous coating and printing ink systems. The polymer is compatible with all common resin systems.

METOLAT 514 is an anionic dispersing agent with low foam tendencies suitable for many aqueous systems. It is recommended for most common pigments and fillers. METOLAT 514 is compatible with many emulsion polymers. It can be used over a wide pH range. METOLAT 514 reduces the mill base viscosity and provides higher pigment volume concentrations. It prevents the formation of settlements and stabilizes the system.

EDAPLAN LA 413 is suitable for all non-aqueous and water reducible coating systems. It improves slip, scratch resistance and leveling. EDAPLAN LA 413 provides improved surface properties specifically in clear systems. It does not create foam and is resistant to hydrolysis.

EDAPLAN LA 402 is suitable for all aqueous coating and printing ink systems. It is supplied as water insoluble acid and has to be neutralized before use. The polymer is compatible with all common resin systems.

EDAPLAN® LA 414 is suitable for water-based and solvent-based systems. The product provides excellent slip properties and improves leveling and scratch resistance. It does not influence recoatibility. EDAPLAN® LA 414 does not stabilize foam.

EDAPLAN® 482 is a solvent free wetting agent and dispersant for organic and inorganic pigments and extenders in aqueous media. It is ideal for the manufacture of flood/float-free aqueous coatings systems (air dry and force dry, 2K-systems) as well as for the manufacture of aqueous and glycol containing resin-free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN® 482 stabilizes dispersed pigments and extenders and reduces the mill-base viscosity. Gloss, color strength and hiding power are improved and reflocculation is prevented. Base paints made with EDAPLAN® 482 show very good compatibility on tinting with pigment concentrates.

EDAPLAN 494 is a VOC-free wetting agent and dispersant for inorganic and transparent pigments, e.g. iron oxides and titanium dioxides, as well as for laked red azo pigments in aqueous media. It is ideal for the manufacture of flood/float-free aqueous coatings systems (air dry and force dry, 2K systems) as well as for the manufacture of aqueous resin-free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN 494 stabilizes pigment dispersions and reduces the mill-base viscosity.

EDAPLAN 711 is a high molecular weight dispersing agent for solvent borne and high solid systems. It is designed for dispersing and stabilization of organic as well as inorganic pigments and carbon blacks.

LUBA-print® 246/D 8 is a wax dispersion / wachsdispersion product.Applications in metallic-paints (base-coat). METOLAT 362 is a non-ionic, silicone free wetting agent with low foam tendency for water based printing inks, adhesives, emulsion paints and water borne clear as well as pigmented coatings. METOLAT 362 improves substrate and pigment wetting. It shows a very broad pH stability.

EDAPLAN 930 is a high molecular weight dispersing agent for solvent-based and high-solid systems. It is also suitable for water-based systems. EDAPLAN 930 is designed for dispersing organic and inorganic pigments, as well as fillers. EDAPLAN 930 reduces the viscosity at low shear ranges and stabilizes the pigments against flocculation. Furthermore it increases gloss and color strength of the coating.

EDAPLAN 397 is a non-ionic, liquid dispersing agent for pigments. It is especially designed for water-based systems, but it is also suitable for non water-based systems. EDAPLAN 397 is compatible with all common binders and shows only low foaming tendency.

EDAPLAN 516 is an anionic dispersing agent with low foam tendencies suitable for many aqueous systems. It is recommended for most common pigments and fillers. EDAPLAN 516 is compatible with many emulsion polymers. It can be used over a wide pH range and prevents the formation of settlements and stabilizes the system. EDAPLAN 516 is particularly suitable for dispersion of titanium dioxide, sheet silicates and fillers to achieve a constantly low paste viscosity.
