A low viscosity silicone compound that is designed to meet specific performance requirements efficiently and economically in industrial applications. It is used in non-aqueous and, in many instances, aqueous products and systems. It is readily pourable and may be used to prepare silicone-based foam preventive emulsions.

LEUKONÖL LBA-2 is a wetting agent, suitable for many aqueous systems. It provides excellent emulsifying and stabilizing properties, specifically in the manufacturing process of emulsion polymers. LEUKONÖL LBA-2 is clearly soluble at pH 13. It is the ideal wetting agent for alkaline systems.

AGITAN 158 is a polysiloxane emulsion with excellent stability and defoaming persistency. The defoamer is miscible with water in all ratios. AGITAN 158 can be used in pigmented and non-pigmented water based systems. AGITAN 158 is especially designed for the use in water based wood coatings, particulary airless, airmix and HVLP applied coatings and parquet lacquers.

AGITAN 160 is a polysiloxane emulsion with excellent stability and defoaming persistency. The defoamer is miscible with water in all ratios. AGITAN 160 is resistant to alkaline environment and degradation stable. It can be used between pH 6 and 13.

AGITAN 170 is a highly effective defoamer for aqueous emulsion based and water reducible systems. Due to its emulsifiability in water the defoamer is ideal for medium to high viscosity systems. AGITAN 170 is suitable for pigmented as well as non-pigmented systems.

MUNZING’s METOLAT 700 series are APEO free wetting agents with excellent equilibrium and dynamic surface tension reduction for a wide range of coating and ink applications. The METOLAT 700 wetting agent product range has varying HLB’s specifically designed to provide optimal performance based on the customer’s system chemistry and application requirements.

A highly persistent and cost effective oil-based defoamer specially designed for use in most emulsion polymers including EVA, VA, and acrylic formulations. Also provides excellent cost effectiveness in many adhesive applications, such as PSA, laminating, packaging, envelope & label, and construction formulations.

METOLAT 288 provides excellent surface wetting without generating foam. The product is free of mineral oil and silicones. METOLAT 288 improves good wetting and increases leveling, especially in low viscosity systems.

EDAPLAN® 482 is a solvent free wetting agent and dispersant for organic and inorganic pigments and extenders in aqueous media. It is ideal for the manufacture of flood/float-free aqueous coatings systems (air dry and force dry, 2K-systems) as well as for the manufacture of aqueous and glycol containing resin-free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN® 482 stabilizes dispersed pigments and extenders and reduces the mill-base viscosity. Gloss, color strength and hiding power are improved and reflocculation is prevented. Base paints made with EDAPLAN® 482 show very good compatibility on tinting with pigment concentrates.

WÜKOSEAL® 603 is a waterborne dispersion for coatings of paper, cardboard, glass and aluminum foils. Properties and advantages are strong water resistance, good water vapor resistance, emulsifier free by sufficient drying a stiff transparent film is achieved which is sealable against itself and aluminum foil raw materials. WÜKOSEAL® 603 respond to Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011as well as FDA recommendations 21, CFR 175.300 (b)(3) with restrictions to 177.1310 (c).

AGITAN 526 is a polysiloxane emulsion with excellent stability and defoaming persistency. The defoamer is miscible with water in all ratios. AGITAN 526 is resistant to alkaline and acid environment. It can be used between pH 2 and 11.

EDAPLAN® LA 414 is suitable for water-based and solvent-based systems. The product provides excellent slip properties and improves leveling and scratch resistance. It does not influence recoatibility. EDAPLAN® LA 414 does not stabilize foam.
