FiorioNat Anthocyanin is a red to blue shade water-soluble pigment obtained from various fruit &amp; vegetable sources. Anthocyanin is responsible for the attractive red, purple and blue colors of many flowers, fruits, and vegetables. Like most natural colors, anthocyanins are sensitive to pH change, being reddest in strongly acidic conditions and it turns bluer as the pH rises.

It is preservative-free and matches the brightness of TiO₂. This TiO₂ replacer is developed in response to the changing European regulatory environment and the resulting need for product reformulation due to TiO₂ toxicity in humans.
