Norevo Quick Chew is a gelatin-free texturizer for chewy candies and toffees. It is based on vegetable raw ingredients and can be used to produce sugary as well as sugar-free chewy confectionery. Quick Chew helps create customized, gelatin-free textures and is therefore suitable for the production of vegetarian and vegan chewy candies.

Norevo Monoflora Honey is a liquefied, homogenized, and purified honey primarily made from the nectar of a single type of plant, e.g. acacia, chestnut, orange, Manuka or forest honey.

Norevo Quick Gloss plus is a universally applicable liquid glazing and sealing agent for panned goods and cereals on chocolate or fat compound basis. Quick Gloss plus creates a perfect and solid gloss, even under difficult production conditions. Thanks to its 2-in-1 formula for polishing and sealing, it can also do without the application of a separate sealing agent.

Norevo Quick Sour is an acidifying agent for sugar-coated products. Quick Sour allows to add a strong citric acid layer without compromising a product’s stability. Quick Sour is a powdery acidifying agent which, depending on the quantity used, produces a customized sour flavor. Its specific composition and application technology prevents acid migration, staining, and stickiness.

Norevo Quick Sol is an ideal glazing agent for chocolate-coated goods with uneven surfaces, such as chocolate-coated cereal flakes, panned goods (dragées), raisins, or other dried fruit. It provides a homogeneous and stable surface brilliance while protecting the crisp structure of the cereal flakes and panned goods.

Norevo Quick Coat is a universally applicable gumming agent to pre-treat, standardize, and stabilize sugar-coated and chocolate-coated centers. It smoothens the center surface and allows for homogeneous coating results, even for centers with uneven surfaces. Moreover, it improves the adhesion between the product’s center and shell to prevent chipping and damages to the surface. Quick Coat forms a barrier to prevent oil, acid, or water migration and increases the stability against heat and mechanical stress. Also available as a sugar-free version.

Norevo Quick Oil includes high-quality anti-sticking agents for hard or soft cast gums and jellies. The functional properties of our oiling agents are determined by their composition. The use of Quick Oil promises a perfect polish and protects against drying up while producing a homogeneous and transparent surface shine. Quick Oil is based on highly stable, oxidation-resistant oils and purified waxes. They can be dosed individually and create a subtle shine on the product surface.

Norevo Honey Powder is pulverized honey with mild taste, is odorless and is particularly suitable for dry recipes, declaration-friendly. It is half honey and half maltodextrin. It is manufactured using a special vacuum belt drying process.

Norevo Candelilla Wax Pastilles is made from candelilla wax obtained from the leaves of the candelilla shrub (Euphorbia cerifera and Euphorbia antisyphilitica) native to northern Mexico. This vegetable wax is hard, brittle, and has a yellow to light brown color. Candelilla Wax Pastilles is of light color, allowing for easy handling and storage.

Norevo Quick Gum is a purified, homogenized, and quickly-soluble gum acacia powder in standardized or customized qualities. Quick Gum is easy to use, dose, and store.

Norevo Quick Flash is a ready-made powder mixture that contains ammonium chloride. It gives the center or the surface of coated goods a spicy-salty flavor. The use of Quick Flash allows for the production of stable coated products while preventing damage to the sugar layers due to salt migration.

Norevo Carnauba Wax Pastilles is made from Carnauba wax, a vegetable wax originating from the north of Brazil. It is light yellow to dark brown-gray in color and valued as the hardest among all natural waxes. It has an exceptionally high melting temperature of 82°C to 86°C.

Norevo Raw Honey is honey in its original and natural form. Mono or polyfloral honeys in their original, natural form.

Norevo Quick White is a declaration-friendly whitening agent for pan-coated sugar products. It produces a stable, smooth, and white surface without the use of titanium dioxide. Quick White is the ideal alternative to titanium dioxide to whiten sugar-coated goods. In addition to serving as a whitener, it stabilizes the product’s center and reinforces its shell. Norevo Low Bac Honey (Germ-Reduced) (Low Bacteria = reduced germs) was specially developed for microbiologically demanding and sensitive products. In the thermal process we developed ourselves, the honey is germ-reduced by heating it.

Norevo Quick Lac is a universally applicable sealing agent for sugar-coated and chocolate-coated goods. Quick Lac is an alcoholic solution based on select shellac qualities. It protects the surface gloss from environmental conditions such as humidity, fluctuations in temperature, and mechanical stress.

Norevo Agar agar is a natural, hot-water-soluble hydrocolloid made from the extract of red seaweeds. It serves as a natural gelling agent and thickener with high gel strength levels that allow for the production of highly stable and thermo-reversible gels for food applications and other industrial uses. It is purified, homogenized, and water-soluble agar-agar powder, available in standardized and customized qualities. Agar-agar is easy to use, dose, and store.
