Thermaguard™ TIC 400 is a new technology waterbased, single component, inorganic polymeric siloxane matrix, Thermal Insulation Coating (TIC). The insulation coating is formulated to provide a seamless, hydrophobic, weather resistant insulation film. The insulation coating is an inorganic & ultra-low VOC coating. Offering hydrophobicity (moisture resistance), operating temperatures from -60 to 400oC range & exceptional weathering resistance. Thermaguard™ TIC 400 acts as a thermal barrier, which can improve energy efficiency, prevent Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) occurring, reduce condensation build up & provide personal protection according to ISO 13732-1 (SafeTouch™ properties). Protecting interior temperatures against cold, warm & humid weather conditions. Elimination of external cladding results in a maintenance friendly insulation system for quick inspections. Thermaguard™ TIC 400 has Ultra-High-Build (UHB) capabilities up to 20000 microns DFT in a single multi-pass application. Application at such thicknesses allows use of Thermaguard™ TIC 400 liquid insulation to partly or completely replace use of traditional insulation material systems.

Performance Polymers IPS 100 is a single component, ambient curing, inorganic polysiloxane finish. High performance novel technology which is solvent free (100% solids) coating. Fully inorganic chemistry provides outstanding resistance to UV degradation & tough environmental conditions. IPS 100 coating has environmentally friendly properties including ultra-low VOC level and an amine, isocyanate, tin & heavy metal free formulation. Curing from ambient conditions to a hard & durable finish. IPS 100 has unique novel inorganic chemistry resulting in ultra-high UV resistance, hydrophobic, low dirt pick up, anti-graffiti properties & easy maintenance with single pack technology. IPS 100 is formulated to provide color finishes which are superior performing in gloss & color retention resulting in high levels of resistance to severe weather conditions without degradation.

Thermaguard™ TC 1200 is a single component, ambient curing polysiloxane topcoat which is thermally color stable at elevated temperatures. The product can be operated within cryogenic -196 to 650°C temperature range. Completely inorganic chemistry results in ultra-high performance regarding operating temperature & UV degradation. Available in a full range of safety colors, RAL shades & custom colors formulated upon request. The product can be applied over suitably primed steel surfaces such Thermaguard™ SAL 600 anti-corrosion coating. Can be applied in service up to 130oC substrate temperature.

Thermaguard™ CUI 300 is a unique inorganic single component, ambient curing polysiloxane coating formulated specifically to provide corrosion protection to under insulation environments where wet & dry cycling can occur. Novel technology which offers high solids chemistry, low VOC for demanding environmental regulations and safety aspects during hot application. The coating conforms to the NACE SP0198-2017 classification for Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) in both cryogenic & elevated temperature applications. Through specific formulation technology Thermaguard™ CUI 300 can withstand temperatures from -196 to 300°C, fully curing at ambient conditions eliminating the need for heat curing prior to service. Thermaguard™ CUI 300 has exceptional resistance to thermal cycling, hot saline water immersion & chemical exposure throughout its operating temperature range. Thermaguard™ CUI 300 can be used in both OEM (shop application) & maintenance work due to having surface tolerance to rusted steels, which have been marginally prepared (St 2/3). Additionally, the product can be applied in service to hot equipment operating up to 300°C, removing the need for plant shut down periods.

Thermaguard™ CUI 650 is a third generation, pure inorganic single component, ambient curing polysiloxane coating formulated specifically to provide corrosion protection to under insulation environments where wet & dry cycling can occur. The coating conforms to the NACE SP0198-2017 classification, inert multi polymeric matrix coatings for Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) in both cryogenic & elevated temperature applications. Through specific formulation technology Thermaguard™ CUI 650 can withstand temperatures from -196 to 650°C, fully curing at ambient conditions eliminating the need for heat curing prior to service. Thermaguard™ CUI 650 has exceptional resistance to thermal cycling, hot saline water immersion & chemical exposure throughout its operating temperature range. Thermaguard™ CUI 650 can be used in both OEM (shop application) & maintenance work due to having surface tolerance to rusted steels which have been marginally prepared (St 2/3). Additionally, the product can be applied in service to hot equipment operating up to 260oC, removing the need for plant shut down periods.

Thermaguard™ TIC 180 is a waterbased, single component, Thermal Insulation Coating (TIC), formulated to provide a seamless weather resistant insulation film which can improve energy efficiency, prevent Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) occurring, reduce condensation build up & provide personal protection according to ISO 13732-1. The insulation coating acts as a thermal barrier, protecting interior temperatures against cold, warm & humid weather conditions. Can be easily implemented into an inspection program due to the elimination of external cladding therefore, offering a maintenance friendly insulation coating system.

Thermaguard™ SAL 600 is a high temperature resistant siloxane aluminum, single component, ambient curing, coating which is designed to provide corrosion protection throughout a range of temperatures from -196 to 600oC. Formulated coating to provide corrosion protection to steel equipment which is exterior exposed and operating at elevated or cryogenic temperatures. Designed to withstand thermal cycling throughout its operating range while maintaining corrosion protection to steel substrates.
