SCANBLEND is a product family from Polykemi based on PC/ASA blends. SCANBLEND are highly weather resistant materials with high impact resistance and dimensional stability. Polykemi offers a complete program of SCANBLEND for injection molding. The products are available with, for example, multiple reinforcing agents, high gloss, heat resistance, and as antistatic grades. SCANBLEND is advantageously used in external applications in the automotive or electronics industry.
SCANBLEND P is Polykemi’s product family of plastic compounds based on PBT/ASA blends. SCANBLEND P is a construction material with excellent dimensional stability, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. Polykemi offers a product range of SCANBLEND P for injection molding. SCANBLEND P can be obtained with multiple reinforcing agents, increased heat resistance and high color accuracy. PBT/ASA is used with advantage in external vehicle parts.

Scanblend

POLYshine is a construction material with high stiffness and strength, even at high temperatures. The materials have advantages such as excellent electrical properties, superb dimensional stability, and low water absorption. They are resistant to many different chemicals. POLYshine is available in a wide range of products, such as with multiple reinforcing agents, impact resistance and flame retardant grades. POLYshine is advantageously used in applications in the automotive and electronics industries.

SCANAMID 66 is Polykemi’s product family of plastic compounds based on Polyamide 66. Polykemi offers a complete product range of Scanamid 66 for injection molding. The materials are available with multiple reinforcing agents, flame retardant or as impact resistant. Polykemi offers materials with high color accuracy. Scanamid 66 is advantageously used for vehicle and household components that need to withstand higher temperatures. Scanamid 66 can withstand higher temperatures than Scanamid 6.
SCANAMID 6 is Polykemi’s product family of plastic compounds based on Polyamide 6. Polykemi offers a complete product range of Scanamid 6 for injection molding. These materials are available with multiple reinforcing agents, flame retardant or impact resistance. Polykemi offers materials with high color accuracy. Scanamid 6 is advantageously used for vehicle and household components that need to withstand higher temperatures.

POLYform C is Polykemi’s product family of plastic compounds based on POM C. Polyform C is characterized by high rigidity, dimensional stability, and low surface friction. POLYform C is available in a complete injection molding product range, including, for example, qualities with reinforcing agents, impact resistant materials and hydrolysis grades. The materials are well suited for durable mechanical constructions requiring low surface friction.

POLYsan is a product family of plastic compounds based on the SAN plastic. POLYsan has good transparency and high gloss. The material can be tinted in semi-transparent colors. Furthermore, grades that are hydrolysis-resistant, food approved or glass fiber reinforced can be offered. POLYsan is advantageously used in applications such as kitchen ware, packaging materials or food containers.

SCANLON A is Polykemi’s product family of plastic compounds based on PA/ABS blends. SCANLON A is a construction material with good processability, esthetics and impact strength. Polykemi offers a product range of SCANLON A for injection molding and extrusion. SCANLON A can, for example, be obtained with reinforcing agents, improved impact strength modified and metallizable. The materials are delivered with high color accuracy. PA/ABS is used for vehicle parts.

SCANREX is Polykemi’s product family of glass fiber reinforced plastic compounds based on partially aromatic polyamides (PPA).SCANREX is Polykemi’s latest addition to our product families. SCANREX is based on partially aromatic polyamides. The materials have extreme mechanical properties, very high operating temperatures and high dimensional stability. Polykemi offers glass fiber reinforced grades of SCANREX for injection molding. The materials can be used as a replacement for metal.SCANREX is based on partially crystalline partially aromatic polyamides, PPA. The presence of aromatic structures in the polymer chain results in greatly enhanced properties of PPA  compared to the linear polyamides, such as PA6 and PA66. For example, PPA has greatly increased heat resistance, chemical resistance, and mechanical properties.

POLYelast is a softer plastic compound based on polyolefin TPE. Polykemi manufactures materials with Shore A> 85. POLYelast is shock resistant and flexible. Polykemi offers a wide product range for injection molding and extrusion, which includes grades with mineral reinforcement, hydrolysis resistance or flame-retardants. POLYelast is available with high color accuracy. POLYelast is suitable for the production of vehicle components and consumer goods.
