Praan Naturals Coral Calcium Powder
  • INCI Name:Coral Powder
  • Ingredient Origin:Natural Origin
  • Functions:Exfoliant (Physical)
  • Labeling Claims:Natural, Organic, Non-GMO, Naturally Derived
  • Certifications & Compliance:Organic Certified, USDA Certified
Coral Calcium Powder is often referred to as Calcium Coral because it contains at least 35% calcium carbonate. In addition to its large ratio of calcium, Coral Calcium Powder also contains 72 other major and trace minerals. Many of the minerals that are contained in Coral Calcium operate synergistically with each other in a natural balance that cannot be replicated within man-made formulations. Coral Calcium Powder has been used internally within nutrition and medicinal applications for nearly 2,000 years and has recently been recognized for its ability to contribute to strong teeth and healthy skin, hair and nails when incorporated into cosmeceutical and dental formulations. Add calcium coral to any formulation in which a high mineral content is desirable such as scrubs, body polishes, massage butters, masks, facials, wraps, mineral makeup, lotions, dental powders and other formulations. Praan Naturals supplies only pure fossilized above sea Coral Calcium Powder. Fossilized Above Sea Coral Calcium Powder is carefully harvested from pure coral that has risen to above sea level. In contrast, marine coral is harvested from living coral reefs and the surrounding areas. Marine coral is inferior to fossilized above sea coral because it can contain impurities and other sea elements such as sea shells, rock and silica. The origin of Coral Calcium Powder can also be important. Praan Naturals sources its Coral Calcium from the Carribean Islands. Coral Calcium Powder originating from the Marshall Islands, for instance, may be contaminated by plutonium as a result of the nuclear testing performed in that area. Below is an abbreviated list of 15 of the 73 minerals contained in Coral Calcium Powder. Sources: 1. Praan Naturals Certificate of Analysis 2. Bruce W. Praan Naturals Clove Bud Select CO2 Extract banner

Praan Naturals Clove Bud Select CO2 Extract
  • INCI Name:Syzygium Aromaticum (Clove) Bud Extract
  • Functions:Fragrance
  • Fragrance:Clove
  • Ingredient Origin:Natural Origin, Plant Origin, Non-Animal Origin
  • Labeling Claims:Non-GMO, Organic, Plant-Based
  • Certifications & Compliance:Organic Certified, USDA Certified
Praan Naturals Clove Bud Select CO2 Extract is produced from the flower buds of Syzygium aromaticum, a flowering tree that offers numerous benefits for wellness applications. Aromatically, it possesses a spicy-sweet clove aroma that is a bit warmer, sweeter and more well rounded than its essential oil counterpart. Clove Bud Select CO2 Extract offers numerous applications within beauty, cosmetic, aromatherapy, and soapmaking applications. It is a warming extract that can help reduce mental fatigue, improve clarity and mood, help maintain alertness and support healthy digestion. We encourage you to research the numerous benefits of this helpful extract. This delightfully spicy CO2 extract is comprised of approximately 90% essential oil including approximately 45-75% eugenol, 5-25% eugenyl acetate, 10-20% beta caryophyllene and up to 5% humulene. It is light-medium yellow in color and is fluid at room temperature. It possesses a longer shelf life than does Clove Bud Essential Oil because the production of the essential oil exposes the oil to a great deal of heat during production. The CO2 extraction process uses virtually no heat and thus allows for a longer shelf life. Clove Bud Select CO2 Extract is wonderful to use year-round, but it is especially lovely for seasonal use during the Autumn and Winter seasons. In addition to its wellness applications, it is wonderful for use in home fragrancing, diffusion and potpourri blends. It is also said to be an aphrodisiac. Clove Bud Select CO2 Extract blends especially well with other CO2 extracts and essential oils in the wood, spice, citrus, floral and herbaceous families. It can be helpful in helping to improve the aroma of blends and formulations that have a "medicinal" or unpleasant scent to them. For topical formulations intended for adults, Essential Oil Safety Edition 2 by Robert Tisserand and Rodney Young recommend a dermal maximum of 0.5% for Clove Bud Essential Oil. We believe the same dermal limit holds true for Clove Bud Select CO2 Extract.

Praan Naturals Catnip Essential Oil
  • INCI Name:Nepeta Cataria Oil
  • Functions:Fragrance
  • Fragrance:Catnip
  • Ingredient Origin:Natural Origin, Plant Origin, Non-Animal Origin
  • Labeling Claims:Plant-Based, Organic, Non-GMO
  • Certifications & Compliance:Organic Certified, USDA Certified
Praan Naturals Catnip Essential Oil is steam distilled from the flowering tops of Nepeta cataria, an herbaceous plant that is most well known for its immense appeal to cats. Catnip Essential Oil also offers numerous benefits when used within skin and personal care applications. Catnip Essential Oil is abundant in the lactone know as nepetalactone. Nepetalactone is the constituent responsible for making catnip so appealing to cats. Mosquitos and some other insects absolutely hate nepetalactone and tend to avoid Catnip Essential Oil and products that contain sufficient quantities of it. Catnip Essential Oil is an excellent choice for use within skin and hair care, holistic wellbeing, massage, soap making, fragrancing and cleaning applications intended to support general wellness, digestive and respiratory health and a healthy environment. Aromatically, Catnip Essential Oil is considered a middle note, and it possesses an herbaceous, woody aroma. Alone, it's aroma is not particularly pleasant, but it is an aromatically versatile oil that blends wonderfully with essential oils that are in the wood, mint, resin, herbaceous, spice and citrus families. Essential Oil Safety Edition 2 by Robert Tisserand and Rodney Young indicate that there is a low risk of skin sensitization with Catnip Essential Oil, so we recommend diluting it adequately for all topical applications. Below is a summary of the key constituents present within our Catnip Essential Oil: Nepetalactones (including Isonomers): 32.15% Caryophyllene (trans): 59.99%
