LupiFlourD - Lupine Flour

LupiFlourD is a premium, de-oiled lupine flour and a valuable alternative and supplement to flour made from cereals – the protein content of up to 40 percent is three times as high as that of wheat or rye flour (approx. 10–12%). In addition, the flour also contains a wealth of fiber, natural vitamins and minerals, which makes it a true powerhouse of nutrients.

In addition, its emulsifying capability and a high share of antioxidants also ensures the baked goods stay fresher for longer.

Sweet lupine is the secret star among plant-based alternative products. Compared to other legumes, it contains the highest proportion of valuable protein, up to 40 percent, and scores with a high fiber and mineral content. In addition, their ecological footprint is unbeatable. It grows even on the sandy, difficult-to-cultivate soils of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, is considered a soil improver and is its own fertilizer.
