LupiFlourD is a premium, de-oiled lupine flour and a valuable alternative and supplement to flour made from cereals – the protein content of up to 40 percent is three times as high as that of wheat or rye flour (approx. 10–12%). Lupine fiber has a very pleasant yellowish-beige color. Due to the soft and homogeneous texture, fiber is ideal as an ingredient for baking biscuits or other baked goods. Thanks to a moisture content of around 82 percent, it is pumpable and can therefore be easily used in industrial processes. In summary, lupine fiber provides nutritious protein, carbohydrates, healthy fiber and almost no fat.
