LNP™ ELCRIN™ 6XEUIQ2RCC (also known as ELCRIN ER011567) is based on polycarbonate (pc) and polybutylene terephthalate (pbt) alloy, utilizing iQ PBT generation 2 technology with a minimum of 42% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content. This material offers excellent low-temperature impact strength, good surface esthetics, and good chemical resistance.

LNP™ COLORCOMP™ Compound AX98561 is based on acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (abs). This unreinforced compound features low gloss and a good balance of physical properties. It offers good processability, esthetics/visual effects, and does not contain intentionally added PFAS. Designed for injection molding, it is suitable for various sub-industries, including automotive interiors, home decoration, sport/leisure, personal accessories, home appliances, commercial appliances, electrical applications, and general industrial use.

This grade features medium flow and is colorable, designed for applications requiring enhanced esthetics and a wider color spectrum compared to traditional PCR grades. LNP™ ELCRIN™ DMX1234RCC is an improved scratch-resistant polycarbonate copolymer containing 25% post-consumer recycled content. This standard flow, UV-stabilized, custom-colorable resin is unreinforced and features excellent scratch resistance, impact resistance, and weatherability with no PFAS intentionally added. Suitable for injection molding, it is ideal for a variety of applications, including automotive interiors, sport/leisure, personal accessories, home and commercial appliances, electrical devices and displays, and electrical components and infrastructure.

The material has an internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings. The material is RoHS compliant and the natural. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors - transparent and opaque.

ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque.
