EXTINITY® 0201-127

EXTINITY® 0201-127 is a highly effective flame-retardant concentrate, which will provide excellent flame resistance properties. EXTINITY® 0201-127 easily disperses into a wide range of polyolefins through typical melt blending and is stabilized to impart thermal stability to the finished composition. EXTINITY® 0201-127 is non-blooming and has been designed to alleviate color shift problems when a flame retardant is used in colored films. The product is RoHS compliant.

Internal test consisting of 3 three second applications of a cigarette lighter for 1 to 15 mils and 3 six second applications for greater than 15 mils. 5 samples are subjected to testing followed by recording of each samples burn time.

SACO AEI Polymers recommends that EXTINITY® 0201-127 be stored in an ambient temperature range (40°- 80°F). Although this product is not hygroscopic, it is recommended keeping EXTINITY® 0201-127 away from excessive moisture and extremely high humidity environments.
