EXTINITY® 0201-125 is a highly filled flame retardant concentrate that is designed to meet a variety of film flame retardant specifications including; MVSS-302, NFPA-701 Small Scale Test and UL-94 VTM-0 flame standards.EXTINITY® 0201-125 can be used in a variety of polyolefin base resin systems including LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and mixtures of PE. EXTINITY® 0201-125 contains a flame-retardant package that is very thermally stable, UV stable and does not bloom. The brominated fire retardant in 0201-125 is RoHS compliant.

EXTINITY® 0103-202 is a natural, non-halogen flame retardant polyolefin compound. It is designed for use in a wide variety of jacketing applications including wire and cable and tube bundles. This compound has superior fire performance; including slow flame propagation, self-extinguishing characteristics, and low smoke production. EXTINITY® 0103-202 has been formulated to provide excellent long-term thermal and UV stability. EXTINITY® 0103-202 requires no special equipment for processing and is designed to process with ease

EXTINITY® 0102-104 is an extrusion grade UL V-0 recognized copolymer polypropylene based compound. The product features an excellent balance of properties including high impact strength, high elongation and good flexural and tensile properties. EXTINITY® 0102-104 has an all color UL V-0 rating. Custom colors can be provided. Typical applications including extruded sheet, rod and profiles.

PEXIDAN® SX523 pre-grafted black base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493 or CM497 in the ratio 95:5. This system is carbon loaded, with high UV stabilization, and has been developed especially for usage on overhead power cables insulation according NFC 33-209, “Câble Torsadé”. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

EXTINITY® 0201-132 is a highly loaded; UV stabilized flame retardant concentrate for letdown in polyethylene resin systems. EXTINITY® 0201-132 is designed to minimize or eliminate handling concerns such as blocking, static and sticking film. This product is engineered to be non-blooming and, if used at recommended use rates, to pass the Underwriters Laboratory UL-181 specification for flame retardancy. It contains a smoke suppressant.
