POLURENE IR 51 BA is used to formulate fast curing hardener. POLURENE IR 51 BA can be used in combination with POLURENE AD, for the formulation of sealers and matt topcoat, clear or pigmented, when fast curing and high scratch resistance are required.
POLURENE IR 51 BA can affect the pot-life and all the other component of the formulation must be chose in accordance. To avoid turbidity of solutions based on POLURENE IR 51 BA during storage, it is advisable to limit the use of aromatic solvents like xylene and toluene and to keep the solid content over 30%.

Once opened, the drums should be used in short time, because the product is sensitive to moisture that can cause the curing of the product inside the drum.
