Fast curing and limited yellowing are the main properties of POLURGREEN HR-01.POLURGREEN HR-01, blended with POLURGREEN AD-01, is suggested for two component coatings for sealers and high gloss, matt, clear and pigmented topcoats, when fast drying and high scratch resistance are requested.
When it is used alone as hardener, we suggest accurately choosing the hydroxylated component, in order to avoid film tightening and short pot life.
In order to avoid turbidity of solutions based on POLURGREEN HR-oi during storage, it is advisable to limit the use of aromatic solvents like Xylene and Toluene. However any turbidity does not affect the final application properties of the coatings. The free TDI content <0,1% reduces its hazard classification.
