Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.446PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, spray viscosity, orthophthalic polyester resin with low styrene emission. This laminating resin's rapid wet-out, low exotherm, and fast hardening characteristics make it ideal for rapid mold turnaround. It has a 26-minute gel time, Lloyd's approval, and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications. A low-viscosity version of this product is also available.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 701PAX is a pre-accelerated isophthalic polyester resin with low viscosity and controlled exotherm characteristics. It is designed for use in vacuum infusion processes. This product has Lloyd's approval and is suitable for use in marine, wind energy, building and construction, and transportation.

Crestomer® 1196PA Structural Adhesive is a low-density, high-performance structural core adhesive with good gap-filling properties. This product is based on Scott Bader's innovative urethane acrylate technology and is used in sandwich construction where strong, tough, highly impact-resistant structures are required. Compared to other core bonding methods, this product has reduced print through, reduced weight, and outstanding adhesion. It has Lloyds' approval and can be used to bond many substrates. This product has been formulated to bond core materials such as rigid PVC foam and balsa to cured or semi-cured FRP skins. Using Crestomer® 1196PA gives a significantly tougher and more durable structural bond than a polyester resin/glass structure or polyester bonding adhesive. In addition, it provides significant weight savings, reduced styrene emissions, and greatly improved cosmetics with the elimination of core print-through.

Crestomer® 1150PA is a two-part, pre-accelerated, highly thixotropic structural adhesive that is based on unsaturated urethane-acrylate in styrene monomer. It is used in many structural composite applications and has excellent adhesion to FRP laminates, core materials, wood, and some metals. This product can be used for bonding diesel tanks, contour joints in FRP components, building up damaged areas, and bonding "green" FRP.

Crestabond® M1-02 Structural Adhesive is the latest addition to the Crestabond® range of primer-less structural adhesives. It is now the fastest-curing grade, with a 10:1 ratio option available. This product is developed for high-volume assembly of smaller parts, which must be ready to handle in under 3 minutes for cost-effective productivity.

This product has a working time of 4 to 7 minutes.

Crestomer® 1151A Structural Adhesive has Lloyd's approval. This high-performance structural adhesive and filleting compound is specially designed for bulk applications with either a 10:1 catalyst ratio or a 50:1 catalyst ratio. It exhibits non-sagging and fast-gelling properties, enabling the user to work with bonded parts in 2 hours. Crestabond® PP-04 Structural Adhesive is designed to structurally bond low surface energy substrates such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and other difficult to bond plastics, commonly known as thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO). Such plastics repel rather than attract adhesion due to their non-polar, non-porous and chemically inert surfaces. Crestabond PP-04 will bond these materials without surface treatment.

Crestomer® 1186PA Structural Adhesive is a multi-purpose structural adhesive with exceptional adhesion to a wide range of metals, ceramics, and polymeric materials. In addition, it exhibits superior properties for impact resistance and resistance to crack propagation when compared to polyester bonding pastes. This product is pre-accelerated and maintains a high-strength structural bond even when used as a gap filler with non-slumping and low-odor properties. It has been certified by Lloyds.

Crestomer® 1152PA Structural Adhesive provides high performance and is designed for demanding applications. It creates tough bonds with greater movement and allows for significant time, cost, and weight savings. This product has reduced styrene emissions, and it greatly improves cosmetics. It can be used to bond many substrates and has certified approvals from Lloyds, DNV, and RINA.

Crestabond® M7-15 Structural Adhesive is a toughened, two-component 1:1 MMA structural adhesive that is designed for bonding a wide range of substrates, including metals, plastics, and composite materials in industrial applications. Crystic® Polyester Resin 196E is a non-accelerated, non-thixotropic, orthophthalic polyester resin for use in hot climates. It has Lloyd's approval and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications. This product is particularly suitable for filament winding and pultrusion processes.

Low Styrene Crystic® Ecogel S4PA is a lower cost option, suitable for industrial applications (not Marine) where users are looking for an industrial option with low styrene content (23% styrene content). It is a high performance isophthalic gelcoat. This gelcoat is pre-accelerated and formulated for spray application.

Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 785PA is apre-accelerated, DCPD based, polyester resin designed for use in RTM (Resin Transfer Molding). It has a lower styrene content than conventional RTM resins and can significantly reduce the occurrence of print through, to produce moldings with an enhanced surface finish.

Crystic® Ultra-Low Styrene Ecogel S1PA is an ultra-low-styrene-content spray gel coat. This market-leading, unique technology spray gel coat has only 16% styrene content, which cuts styrene emissions by over 55%. It is suitable for use in industrial and general-purpose applications in transport, building, and industrial markets. This product is also used for the manufacture of wind turbine blades.

Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 5008ST is a non accelerated orthophtalic resin designed for use by RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) techniques, with excellent mechanical properties. Its rheology makes it suitable to be processed by vacuum injection or wet press as well.
