- STEPWET DOS 70-DG is a very good wetting agent for aqueous systems (even at low concentrations) and for mineral dispersions.
- STEPWET DOS 70-DG can be a useful emulsifier agent for oil in water emulsions. It is used in emulsion polymerization and the textile industry.

Storage & Handling
- Storage & Handling
- Normal safety precautions (i.e., gloves and safety goggles) should be employed when handling STEPWET DOS 70-DG. Contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin should be avoided. Wash thoroughly after handling.
- It is recommended that STEPWET DOS 70-DG be stored in sealed containers and kept in a cool, dry place. Store away from oxidizing agents and acids.
- Bulk Storage Information: STEPWET DOS 70-DG can be stored in vessels of 316 stainless steel, or glass fiber-reinforced polyester tanks. Stepan’s recommended re-test for this product is 6 months from the date of manufacture. After 6 months, we recommend the customer re-analyze to assure product is within specification.
- Workplace Exposure
Occupational exposure can occur primarily through skin contact or via inhalation of vapors and mists. Engineering controls, personal protective equipment, and other workplace practices should be used to control these exposures.
