STRUKTOL® TR 151-40 is a partial fatty acid ester of glycerine. It can be used as an antistatic agent in polypropylene and polyethylene. It is excellent for use in color concentrates and can be used as a lubricant/process aid in polyolefins and PVC.
STRUKTOL® TR 151-40 is recommended to improve the process of PVC extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, calendaring of sheets and films, and extrusion of profiles.
- Dosage Level
Recommended dosage is :
- Rigid PVC : 0.5 – 1.5 phr
- Flexible PVC : 0.5 – 1.0 phr
- Polyethylene PP : 0.05 – 0.5 %
- LDPE : 0.15 %
- HDPE : 0.3 %
