Activator 73 A - Multifunctional cure activators for the sulfur vulcanization of diene rubber, especially natural rubber. They can partly or totally replace conventional activators based on fatty acids (stearic acid, zinc stearate, and zinc 2-ethylhexanoate) and impart excellent reversion resistance. They can also be used as an effective physical peptizer for the mastication of natural rubber to improve processability in mixing, extrusion and molding. "LM" is designed for low shear and low temperature mixes.

WB 300used in NBR, ECO, and ACM to improve oil and fuel resistance. Due to its incompatibility with aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oils and greases, it will not leach from vulcanizates and thus minimizes hardening and shrinkage.

WB 212 - A blend of high molecular weight, aliphatic fatty acid esters and condensation products. These processing aids are zinc-free and are designed to improve processing with no reduction in cured properties.

W 34 - A combination of zinc-free fatty acid derivatives. It is used as a filler dispersing agent in a wide range of polymers (NR, SBR, IIR, EPDM, CR, CSM, and ACM), and can be used in open mill production as well as production in internal mixers.

TPW 113 - Designed for filled olefin compounds as a processing aid and acts as a synergist to enhance properties and can be used with our without coupling agents.

TR EBS - Ethylene bisstearamide wax for a wide range of polymers used for improved dispersion of pigments and fillers and viscosity modification. TR EBS VG is manufactured from high quality vegetable acid with low iodine value.

WB 700A - Coated zinc oxide with 91% ZnO for natural and synthetic rubber compounds.

SCA 960 - An epoxy-functional silane used as a coupling agent for thermoset elastomers with glass or mineral fillers, or forepoxy composites.

40 MS - This homogenizing agent is particularly effective with those elastomer blends that tend to crumble at the beginning of the mixing cycle. It is used to improve the homogeneity of elastomers of different polarity and viscosity. It also reduces mill bagging behavior, extrusion rates are increased without increasing die swell, and calendering properties are improved. Increases the green tack of many compounds although it is not strictly a tackifier.

RP 11 - Lubricating viscosity modifiers for polypropylene that provide consistent melt flow change in both virgin and recycled materials. These multi-functional additives are formulated to meet the desired amount of melt change in a given range. Available with odor control additives incorporated as needed, as is the case with RP 23 and RP 38. RP 38 is designed to work well in contaminated mixed recycle streams.

HT 105A - A non-discoloring multifunctional additive used as a mild mastication additive. It combines both chemical and physical peptizing functionality. This additive favors the breakdown of high molecular weight chains alone, resulting in more uniform molecular weight distribution and better dynamic vulcanizate properties.

SCA 1100 - A versatile coupling agent for many thermoset and thermoplastic resins with glass and mineral fillers.

KW 600 - A plasticizer with extremely low pour point offering excellent low temperature flexibility.

STRUKTOL® HT 207 A zinc-free processing aid especially designed for use with silica-filled elastomers. It improves extrusion rate, reduces hysteresis, and reduces mill roll sticking. It has a slight activation effect in sulfur-cured compounds which in some instances is very desirable.

TR 052 - A versatile additive that has found many uses in polymer applications such as compatibilization of dissimilar materials, dispersing agent and flow modifier.

AW 1 - An antistatic plasticizer for mineral filled NBR, SBR, and NR compounds. A surface resistance as low as 1 x 106 Ohms can be achieved in NBR vulcanizates.

SCA 98 PL used in highly dynamic elastomer applications, including tires to improve reinforcingcapabilities. These silanes will improve abrasion, lower hysteresis, improve adhesion and processing.

Calcium Stearateused by the rubber and plastic industries as an effective elastomer processing aid and release agent. The low chloride content of STRUKTOL® Calcium Stearate allows for complete product dispersion in elastomers. Our "GR" version offers low dust and easy handling.

TR 131 - Erucic acid amide used as a higher temperature slip agent. Its slower migration rate is beneficial for printing films.

SU 135A coated sulfurs contain dispersing and wetting agents and can be used to enhance sulfur dispersion in any natural or synthetic rubber compound. They are active dispersions of oil treated sulfur at the following activities: SU 95AF = 95% (soluble), SU 109A = 75% (insoluble), SU 120A = 83% (soluble), SU 135A = 75% (½ soluble and ½ insoluble).

SU 120A coated sulfurs contain dispersing and wetting agents and can be used to enhance sulfur dispersion in any natural or synthetic rubber compound. They are active dispersions of oil treated sulfur at the following activities: SU 95AF = 95% (soluble), SU 109A = 75% (insoluble), SU 120A = 83% (soluble), SU 135A = 75% (½ soluble and ½ insoluble).

SCA 974 used as an adhesion promoter at organic/inorganic interfaces and also a coupling agent for unsaturated polyesterand fiberglass composites.

SCA 989 - A coupling agent for rubber elastomers and polysulfide adhesives, as well as thermoplastic andthermoset resins.

TR 255 - A blend of anionic and nonionic surfactants for areas where EBS is being used. An effective dispersant and wetting agent for pigments and fillers in a wide variety of polymer systems. TR 255 is the FDA version.

SCA 984PL used in mechanical rubber goods or mineral filled surface treatments.

EF 44A - A blend of fatty acid derivatives (predominantly zinc soaps) useful as a processing additive for a wide variety of rubbers with the exception of halogenated elastomers. It is particularlyeffective in highly reinforced black and silica compounds and is especially suited for high durometer extrusion.

MAGNESIUM STEARATE - A high purity stearate with a low soluble salt level that reduces discoloration during processing. It is an excellent dusting agent to prevent surface adhesion in ABS plastic and in other thermoplastics.

RP 28 - A compatibilizer and blending aid that reduces splay in colored and/or filled polymers. Extremely compatible with polyolefins and PVC, and can be used to increase extrusion output rates. Also for recycling a wide range of polymer streams.

HP 55 - A lubricant/homogenizer combination which improves the mixing behavior of rubber compounds and promotes dispersion of reinforcing materials such as carbon black. Benefits have been found in the tire industry, particularly where solution SBR and NR are used.

WB 222 - A blend of high molecular weight, aliphatic fatty acid esters and condensation products. These processing aids are zinc-free and are designed to improve processing with no reduction in cured properties.

TPW 104 - Designed primarily for polyethylene and polypropylene composites to compatabilize, improve homogeneity, processability, output rates and surface quality. Has also been used in other polymers.

TR 451 - Specifically designed for use in highly loaded mineral filled polyolefins. This unique additive allows compounders to utilize untreated minerals while maintaining or improving the processing and physical property characteristics typically associated with treated minerals.

TPW 707 - A functional lubricant blend that offers superior filler wetting and processing characteristics in various polymer systems.
