Recommended Applications

STRUKTOL® TR 255 is a unique blend of surfactant and lubricant components designed for applications where EBS (ethyl bis-stearamide) is commonly used. These include ABS compounds, rigid PVC extrusions, color concentrates and other high-filled applications, such as calcium carbonate-filled polypropylene. STRUKTOL® TR 255 has enhanced functionality over EBS with similar gloss properties. It is manufactured from raw materials that enable the finished product to meet requirements for FDA sanction.

Dosage Level

Levels between 1 - 2% are generally recommended in ABS, PVC and PS. Less than 0.5% is generally recommended for olefins.
