Recommended Applications: STRUKTOL® TR 255 is a unique blend of surfactant and lubricant components designed for applications where EBS (ethyl bis-stearamide) is commonly used. These include ABS compounds, rigid PVC extrusions, color concentrates and other high-filled applications, such as calcium carbonate-filled polypropylene. STRUKTOL® TR 255 has enhanced functionality over EBS with similar gloss properties. It is manufactured from raw materials that enable the finished product to meet requirements for FDA sanction.
Dosage Level: Levels between 1 - 2% are generally recommended in ABS, PVC and PS. Less than 0.5% is generally recommended for olefins.
