Suzanne's Specialties, Inc. Organic Agave Syrup

Organic Agave Syrup is prepared from fresh juice extracted from select species of the wild agave cactus. The expressed juice is filtered to remove insoluble. Then it is concentrated under vacuum to yield an intensely sweet syrup with a neutral flavor. Organic Agave Syrup helps to prevent crystallization and retain moisture in foods. The high osmotic pressure also helps to inhibit bacterial growth. This product has been certified organic by USDA-NOP. It is currently being used as a non-GMO, natural sweetener in prepared foods & beverages.
